In the management system of medium occupation school,student cadres as a leader of the students,is a bridge and link between the school and students.They are a good example and demonstration for the students.to the pedagogue and ordinary students are linked up through student cadres' work.They all have good learning spirit,aggressive personality and ability of observing the discipline,which are worthy of students learning model.They are the school management assistant.To achieve the objective for students' self-management,self-education,self-discipline,self-service,they play a very important role[1]Based on the domestic and foreign research results and practical experience of vocational education students,taking Shaoxing Vocational Education Center School as the research object.Based on the status quo,management,effectiveness and experience of the cultivation of students' core competence in secondary vocational school students,our subject analyses on the present situation,management,effect and experience of student cadre training,explore the problems and propose solutions.At the same time,according to a large number of data researches,to provide practical reference for secondary vocational school students to meet the needs of the rapid development of secondary vocational education in the new era,this paper puts forward the idea and method of the overall cultivation of the student cadres in secondary vocational schools.The thesis includes six parts:The first part introduces the research background,research significance and research methods.The second part introduces the definition of related concepts and the theoretical basis of this study.The third part:the investigation and study on the management of student cadres in Shaoxing vocational and technical education center by means of questionnaire and interviews to the teachers and students.The present situation and existing problems of secondary vocational school students are also investigated and summarized.The fourth part:Analysis and interpretation of the current situation of the cultivation of students' Cadres in secondary vocational schools from different levels of the students,student leaders,school leaders and teachers.The fifth part:To put forwards the strategic for improving the training system and path of cultivation of students' Cadres in secondary vocational schools after combing the problems.The sixth part:conclusion.
