The education for migrant children is the current social hotspot,which is related to the social integration of peasant workers,and determines the process and level of urbanization in China.That affects the urban human capital.Since 1995,when the society began to pay attention to the problem,the state issued a series policy to alleviate the problem,from the'two main suggestion','two Considerations' to'two Consistence'.That basically solved the migrant children education,allowing into public schools to receive compulsory education.However,the migrant children still suffer from the social discrimination and unfair treatment in the education.It is difficult for them in education integration and the social integration,affecting their healthy growth and talent.Based on the analysis of the Chinese policy changes and Shaoxing's practice of the compulsory education of migrant children,it is confirms that Shaoxing can carry out the policy requirements of the country.Also there ware a lots of invention in policy making,such as 'green card enrollment '.But like other cities,there are some problems such as migrant children hardly enjoying quality education resources and difficult to manage education.In order to study the compulsory education for migrant children in the Shaoxing,especially their compulsory education in junior middle School,this paper chooses the Yuecheng S Middle School as case study.Through the investigation of conditions,the educational management,the courses' score and the satisfaction of relevant stakeholders,find out the factors affecting the learning quality of secondary education of migrant children.As result,It is considered that there are some problems in the education for migrant children,such as 'ceiling effect',poor quality school education,encountering unfair treatment in educational organization,low social integration level of them and weak family education.This paper gives the Solutions to those problems:firstly smooth the passage of attain high education;secondly strengthen the school's teaching quality;thirdly establish the supervision system of compulsory education;lastly promote the social integration of migrant children and to strengthen their families' education.
