Secondary vocational school student cadres are the backbone and the outstanding elements, but also an important bridge and link between the school and the students. They are an important part of student work group, also valuable human resources of the party and the country's. In recent years, as the emergence of the new policy, such like China's national vigorously develop vocational education and Parts of the junior middle school graduates bypass, the development of secondary vocational education institutions very rapidly in a short time, but the research on its Student Cadres has become very lag, which is not able to satisfy the needs, therefore, strengthening the theoretical exploration is very urgent and practical. based on combing and analysis of the existing literature, according to the construction of Guangdong Construction Polytechnic as the research object, based on empirical investigation, analysis of secondary vocational school student cadre widely existing problems and the cause in the management process, further study on the targeted solutions, promote the healthy growth of student cadres, ensure the smooth progress of students in secondary vocational school. The main contents are as follows:The first chapter of the introduction, this section introduces the vocational students Cadres research background, purpose and significance, research progress, research content and methods. The second chapter is literature review, based on the literature search, expounds related concepts of secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational students, the student cadre, secondary vocational school student cadres instruction, summarizes the role and position of secondary vocational school student cadres instruction in school, also summarizes the main content of cadres instruction. Expounds the problems, the causes, and the strategy of secondary vocational school student cadres instruction in the existing research. The third chapter analysis the problems of student cadres instruction in Guangdong Construction Polytechnic, according to the construction of Guangdong Construction Polytechnic as the research object, thorough analysis the current situation and existing problems of student cadres instruction by the questionnaire. The fourth chapter analysis the causes of student cadres instruction's problems in Guangdong Construction Polytechnic, analysis the problems mentioned in the third chapter, find out the root cause. The fifth chapter analysis strategies of secondary vocational school student cadres instruction, according to the existing problems and causes mentioned in chapter 3 and 4, puts forward the strategies. The sixth chapter is concluding remarks.
