Secondary vocational school is the vocational education carried out at the same educational level of senior high school,which aims to cultivate specialized and basic talents who can engage in a certain profession.It has been attached great importance by the state since the beginning of reform and opening up.Under the prospect of vigorously developing vocational education in China,vocational education has made a breakthrough,and the quality of professional talents has also been promoted to a new height.The working place of high-speed train attendants is in the high-speed train carriages,and there are professional standards for the professional quality of employees.As a preliminary stage of training high-speed railway crew in secondary vocational schools,training qualified high-speed railway crew is the main goal in high-speed train services in secondary vocational education.As a high-speed railway crew,having a good physical quality is the prerequisite to complete their corresponding work.In the teaching of secondary vocational schools,the main task of physical education is to cultivate students’ physical quality and sports skills with the concept of “health first”.However,in the process of the investigation,it was found that there wasn’t targeted teaching system according to the nature of students’ specialty in the physical education and health curriculum of secondary vocational schools.Taking the high-speed railway crew as an example,the students mainly work on the high-speed railway train after employment.High-speed train attendants mainly stand in the work and they need work for a long time in the high-speed carriage.Therefore,the modern society has put forward higher requirements for the students’ physical quality and ability to adapt to the environment majoring in high-speed train services.According to the Standards of Physical Education and Health Course in ordinary high schools,physical agility as a compulsory course of Education and Health curriculum,aims to cultivate students’ sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.In the course of physical education and health for the students majoring in high-speed railway crew service in secondary vocational schools,the content of vocational physical training should be added to pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ professional physical quality.In the processof teaching,students can be taught according to the characteristics of their work.At the same time,students’ interest in physical education and mental health can be improved in the process of teaching,so that physical education can become a learning course.The basis of students’ professional physical training is really to serve students.This study adopts the methods of literature,investigation,experiment and mathematical statistics to provide theories basis and practical experience for the physical teaching of high-speed railway crew majors in secondary vocational schools.Experimental samples were randomly selected 86 students from two classes in Beijing Shangkun Education,one is an experimental class(42 person)and the other is a control class(44 person).They conducted a 16-week teaching experiment.According to the working characteristics of the high-speed train services,this paper finds out the professional physical training methods,which are suitable for the students’ professional characteristics.So as to stimulate students’ interest in learning sports,improve students’ mental health level and special physical quality.It enables the students of this major can quickly adapt to the characteristics of the work in the future work.Research results: Through a 16-week teaching experiment,it was found that the physical fitness training method was added to the physical education class of the high-speed train services majors in secondary vocational schools.Compared between the experimental class and the control class,the physical function of the students in the experimental class was improved slightly,but the effect was not obvious.In the aspect of specific physical quality,it has obvious influence on the students’ endurance quality,the strength quality and sensitivity quality and the balance quality of the students in the experimental class,and the achievement has been greatly improved.The speed quality and flexibility quality of students have little effect,and the results have not been significantly improved;the physical quality of students in the control class has also been improved,but the improvement is not obvious;in the interest of sports learning,the level of positive interest,negative interest and participation in sports in the experimental class has been greatly improved,and in the autonomous class.In terms of mental health level,there has been a significant improvement in learning attitude,communicative ability and cooperation spirit,but no significant improvement in emotionalexpression.In terms of professional skills,students in the experimental class have significantly improved in etiquette,sports and military examination results,while passenger transport process,dining bar crew and physical education have not improved significantly.Through the research of this experiment,we can select and formulate deep-seated vocational physical training content according to students professional characteristics in the physical education course of high-speed railway crew service specialty in secondary vocational schools in the future,so as to improve the professional physical quality of students of this specialty,make them adapt to the characteristics of the work and labor intensity after employment,and make students’ career path smoother.
