In recent years,a series of major reforms on education has been carried out.The concept of core literacy and core literacy of chemistry have been proposed.The new curriculum standards have been revised by some authoritative education experts,and the new college entrance examination mode has been tested in certain cities.The reforms will be implemented in order to adapt to the series of teaching changes.This article is based on the research of foreign education experts.The student-centered "5E" teaching mode is adopted to conduct teaching case studies in the field of theory and practice,which combined with the new curriculum standards for teaching suggestions and requirements for some aspects of high school chemistry.The following is the main idea of the case study of the "5E" teaching mode in high school chemistry teaching under the new curriculum standards.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.The research background,significance,methods and status related to the "5E" teaching mode are discussed.The second part is the theoretical basis of the concepts and research related to the"5E" teaching mode.The relationship between the new chemical curriculum standards and the "5E" teaching mode is briefly described.Meanwhile,the concepts and characteristics are distinguished in the inquiry teaching mode and the "5E" teaching mode,and the corresponding theoretical basis is reflected in the "5E" teaching mode.The third part is the case study of the "5E" teaching mode in the high school chemistry teaching under the new curriculum standards.The characteristics of the "5E"teaching mode are analyzed in depth.The teaching design standards of the "5E"teaching mode are defined.The teaching cases of the "5E" teaching mode are put forward,and teaching practice is carried out in high school.The fourth part is the practical study of the case of "5E" teaching mode in high school chemistry teaching under the new curriculum standards.The effect of teaching practice is analyzed by using interview and questionnaire method.Some problems are exposed in different aspects,such as the part of teachers,students and teaching process.Besides,some corresponding solutions are proposed.In summary,the teaching suggestions for using this teaching mode are proposed,which based on the above research on the "5E" teaching mode in high school chemistry teaching during this part.The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook.The close connection with the new curriculum standards and the expansion of the research on the range of knowledge applied by the "5E" teaching mode are proposed.The results of practice are shown that the "5E" teaching mode is feasible for high school chemistry teaching.The requirements of the new curriculum reform and the formation of students' core literacy can be met.
