Since the 21st century,the development and changes from into the world have become more diverse and rapid.This brings tremendous opportunities and challenges about education.In order to enable students to adapt to the development needs,many countries and regions are gradually carrying out curriculum reform research on the integration of core literacy into basic education.The key task of curriculum reform are to develop curriculum standards,and the formulation and improvement in curriculum standards plays a decisive role in the success or failure of curriculum reform.This article uses the literature method,comparison method,text analysis method.We make a vertical comparison and a horizontal comparison between new high school chemistry curriculum standard of the mainland China " the ordinary high school chemistry curriculum standards(2017 edition)”(hereinafter referred to as the"2017 edition curriculum)and the old version" the ordinary high school chemistry curriculum standard(experiment)"(hereinafter referred to as the"2003 edition curriculum),and the latest version of the high school chemistry curriculum standard" Chemical Curriculum and Assessment Guidelines(S4-6)"(hereinafter referred to as the"2015 Guidelines")promulgated in Hong Kong in 2015,respectively.Through the comparison of the new and old curriculum standards,teachers can quickly understand the characteristics of the new curriculum standards,and reveal the revision trend of the mainland high school chemistry curriculum standards at the same time.The comparison between the new and old curriculum standards can help teachers to quickly understand the characteristics of the new curriculum standards and reveal the revision trend of the mainland China high school chemistry curriculum standards.Through the comparison between the the new curriculum standards of Hong Kong region in order to find differences,to provide a theoretical reference to the further improvement on the mainland's chemistry curriculum reform and curriculum standards.The research results show that the contents of the mainland high school chemistry curriculum standard are more and more comprehensive,and the detailed degree of the mainland high school chemistry curriculum standard is more and more high,the text on the present implementation opinions more pay attention to the overall guidance on macro and micro on combining the concrete practice of guiding the development of the trend.However,there is a lack of content of the curriculum convergence,teaching suggestions,learning evaluation,etc.need to be further improved,these aspects can be learned from Hong Kong"2015 version of the guidelines " to learn useful experience.
