College students are a special group of society.They refer to the people who are receiving basic higher education but have not graduated into the society.They are the leading group of new social technologies and new ideas,and the advanced professionals trained by the state.College students are the pillars of promoting social progress.Nowadays,college students have a new historical mission and higher requirements for college students.Having a healthy body and mind is the basic prerequisite for college students to serve the motherland and the people.It is the embodiment of the vigorous vitality of the Chinese nation.However,with the quickening pace of modern life,the stress of college students' time,the heavy learning business,the heavy mental burden and the pressure of employment Strengthen,lack of necessary physical exercise and other reasons,resulting in different degrees of physical and mental health problems.This paper takes 2017 undergraduate students of Heze University as the experimental object,taking the effect of the sports intervention based on the 328-sport pattern on the physical and mental health of the college students as the research object,using the method of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics,etc.The results show that:(1)the level of physical and mental health of college students is worrying.By consulting the literature and interviewing some experts,it is concluded that the physical and mental health of college students is deteriorating.On the surface,it seems that college students have enough time to take part in physical exercise.However,through investigation,the college students,as a result of their study,have activities.And some of the other things that can actually be used for exercise are becoming more and more fragmented,as confirmed by the statistics of college students filling out questionnaires,and with the popularity of electronic products,Many students spend more time using electronics and less time for exercise.(2)the exercise intervention based on 328 exercise mode can effectively improve the health level of college students.Through the analysis of the body indexes,we can see that compared with the students in the control group,the students in the experimental group have a certain increase in each index of their body,especially,the increase in the score of the index of traction / sit-up is the most obvious.However,the growth rate of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group,indicating that in a short period of time through practice,although all physical qualities have been improved,but the flexibility in a short period of time,the effect is not great.And through the practice of other qualities,it is limited to a certain extent.The development of flexibility.(3)Sports intervention based on 328 exercise mode can effectively improve the mental health level of college students.By evaluating the mental health level of the students before and after the experiment with SCL-90 scale,it can be concluded that the scores of most of the psychological indexes in the experimental group have decreased,among which the scores of the students in the experimental group are hostile.Anxiety was the most marked drop in scores.However,the score of obsessive-compulsive symptoms did not decrease.The scores of mental health in the control group did not change as a whole as compared with those before the experiment,but there was no significant difference in somatization between the control group and the experimental group.An increase in the score of this indicator of bigotry The long range is the most obvious.(4)328 the core idea of sports mode advocates that people make use of idle time to do sports,which provides a scientific and effective sports mode for office workers and students who are busy with their work and study.Compared with the traditional sports mode,this model can be used anytime,anywhere,without the restriction of site and equipment,and it needs shorter time,and the movement arrangement can be more reasonable and effective,which can promote the development of human's physical and mental health as well as the good way of life.
