With the rapid development of the times, the progress of the society to make people aware of the great women, female college students are the hope of the motherland and the future of the nation, shouldering the task of economic development, carry forward the national culture, thus promoting the comprehensive development of female college students health is particularly important. Due to the accelerated pace of social life, the increasingly fierce competition for talent, the task of learning constantly aggravate the impact of such factors, somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression and other symptoms appear constantly female college students, these symptoms are widely concerned by all circles in the society. Aerobics is the main form of exercise to the body, with a strong sense of movement rhythm music, into the college became a subject of female college students welcome the sports curriculum, in line with the characteristics of contemporary college students healthy psychological development. Through literature review, issue SCL-90 college students’ self rating symptom questionnaire survey, data statistics, logic analysis and other methods, on the female students’ psychological health level of female college students mental health; analysis of main symptoms; to aerobics teaching as the mental health of female college students development intervention means, to analysis and discussion of science results before and after the intervention, the verification of Aerobics on female college students’ mental health has a benign intervention hypothesis. Conclusion: 1. The mental health level of female college students is not high as a whole, highlight the individual symptom degree; 2. Obsessive compulsive disorder, depression and anxiety is a major mental health problems of female college students; 3. Aerobics exercise can relieve and improve female college students’ psychological symptoms. Recommendations: 1.Aerobics exercise process strength try to control in moderate intensity exercise time range, in 30 ~ 60 minutes, exercise frequency best week 2 ~ 3 times, make sure the movement to achieve the best effect of exercise. 2. In the aerobics teaching process, teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, pay attention to students’ psychological changes, use the teaching methods of optimal, consciously cultivate students’ good psychological quality, and teach students how to correctly use the exercise prescription, so that the students can according to their own situation, intensity, time, frequency design exercise, science engaged in aerobics exercise, lay a good foundation for lifelong sport. 3. By the school and other institutions of education shall be the mental health knowledge popularization course into required course, so that students can more clearly understand their own, to establish a correct outlook on life...
