In 2008,an 8.0 magnitude earthquake struck China's sichuan province,causing severe damage to schools and halting all teaching activities.After ten years of reconstruction and development,the disaster areas have taken on a new look,and the development of schools has entered a new historical period.The purpose of this study is to understand the actual situation,existing main problems and development experience of school physical education in qingchuan county in the ten years after the earthquake,and to provide valuable experience for carrying out school physical education work after major natural disasters in the future.In the research process,taking the development of school sports in the worst-hit areas after the wenchuan earthquake as the research object,19 schools in qingchuan county were investigated by means of literature,field survey and interview.This study investigated the development of school physical education in qingchuan county from six stages: pre-earthquake,disaster occurrence,transitional settlement,reconstruction recovery,post-disaster construction and modern development.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Through nearly a decade of development,qingchuan county has greatly improved its school hardware facilities compared with those before the earthquake.In terms of school sports,sports venues and equipment and facilities are fully equipped,the selection of sports teaching content is diverse,and extracurricular sports activities are rich and colorful.(2)At present,qingchuan county is faced with the lack of timely maintenance of sports venues in the process of school sports development;Sports equipment update is not timely;Poor equipment quality;The shortage of physical education teachers in schools is large and their professional ability is poor.(3)After the earthquake,qingchuan county arranged disabled students through schools and social rehabilitation institutions,and actively organized disabled students to participate in physical exercise in schools.Taking zhejiang counterpart assistance and educational poverty alleviation as the carrier,I actively participated in the psychological counseling work of students after the earthquake.(4)The earthquake qingchuan holiday send teachers to each year,zhejiang and other developed regions to participate in training and learning from the experience of the developed parts of school sports,to improve their own teaching experience and teaching level,set accords with the actual situation of development goals and countermeasures,and narrow the gap with the developed areas,to promote the development of quality education.(5)Through the development of the past ten years,qingchuan county school physical education has created the indoor upper limb strength exercise method and optimized the school physical education teaching method and content;School physical education development according to local conditions,according to different times,self-made sites and equipment;School peak to carry out large recess activities;Through policy guidance,social coordination and school implementation,education matching assistance mechanism has been implemented in the disaster areas to steadily improve the development level of school sports in the disaster areas.
