| Key words: Up till to now, teachers are always absorbed in the reputation,which are called as angels, candles, gardeners and the engineers of the soul of Human Being,all the praising words which come from all walks of life sound reasonable, these words can encourage the teachers to work harder in their units and they are willing to devote themselves.But at the same time, they neglect their growth indeed. The neglect of their internal values are the result which comes from the over-emphassis the social function of their careers. To stress the instrumental value out of their careers is to neglect the internal value of this career,which can burden the responsbility and mission of the teachers. Then the teachers'perspectiveness and a keen sense have been lost in the course of realization of extenal values for the teachers'careers.The feeling of their life has been submerged in the course of the knowledgeable delivery everyday,their thinking has been running in their original track, therefore,it is devoid of the teachers'power and courage of their meaningful pursuit for their life.In the end the teachers'repression and creativity have also been lost.The basic reason of the loss of teachers'creativity is based on the shortage of internal independent development of the teachers themselves.It encouraged the researchers of the academic field to study the independent developmental problems.In the sixties ,seventies of last century, the research field began to study the teachers'independent problems, especially in the new century they study the teachers'independent development deeper than before.initially they studied the teachers'independent development under the direction of the teachers'developmental theroy of their majors.For example, Professor Zhong Qiquan thought that the teachers'independent development was in the school situation, they decided their developmental goal independently,they developed and used their study resources independently,they planned their developmental strategy and they citicized their study result and so on according to the need of their own development and school development.This is a kind of developing majors——the process of independent development embodies the teachers'lasting look, critic and reflection of their teaching practice.As a result,they acquire the new knowledge,enhance their capability, promote their major quality.With the development of the further research,people investigate the teachers'independent development from different angles rather than their majors.teachers are complete social people who also melting into modern soceity because they are not merely teachers who only teach. Ye Lan who is a teacher said that the research of"New Foundation Education"requires to extend the teachers'developmental need rather than the angles of majors, connecting the reality of the teachers'life with the teachers'careers.Thus we can see that nowadays the research of the teachers'development has sublimated the primitive of the personal life, it connects the teachers'life values with meanings directly. With the development of life educayion, people began to pay attention to the teachers from the angles of life, particularly their life values. Therefore,we thought that teachers'independence not only embodies the independence of the teachers'majors ,but more importance is to realize theachers'value and meaning , The"development"of the teachers'independent development is also"personal mastery", that's to say ,the independence of their own life.This research is based on the special background of the huge earthquake in May 12th after the baptism of suffering the exta large disaster, people have the pursuit and awe for the value and meaning of life, it has done the specific investigation about the situation of the teachers'independent development in Qingchuan county.The essay consists of six chapters. Chapter 1 is an intrduction, it mainly introduced the problem of the research, the aim and meaning of the research, the research method and the framework of the theory; Chapter 2 is the related core outline definition of the research and research literature overview; Chapter 3 is to describe the natural state of the teachers'independent development under the ideal condition; Chapter 4 is the core of the research,displaying the situation and problem about middle school and primary school teachers'independent development in Qingchuan County after disaster by using the data and analysing the root of the problem;Chapter 5 is to talk about the new thinking of middle school and primary school teachers'independent development in Qingchuan county after disaster; Chapter 6 is the conclusion which comes from the reflection of the research, finally I showed my thanks to the directors,helpers and my assistants in the process of my research. |
