With the continuous development of national fitness,China ushered in the upsurge of marathon development,major cities have held various types of marathon events,marathon training team is also growing.Nowadays,Marathon has become a very iconic sports culture fashion in many cities.But because the marathon is an ultra-long distance project,the number of participants is more and the level is uneven,which results in a large number of amateur athletes blind training,resulting in stagnating results and a variety of accidental injuries.This requires a different level of scientific training arrangements,in order to ensure that athletes at all levels to find their own situation of training arrangements.Therefore,this study takes the 132 amateur marathon athletes of Beijing Amateur marathon 9587 running group as the main investigation object,studies the daily training arrangement and competition situation of amateur marathon athletes,and summarizes the following research conclusions by consulting a large number of literatures and visiting the relevant running group coaches and related field experts.: 1.The majority of amateur marathon athletes of different levels in Beijing are male,the age structure is mainly young adults,married people are significantly higher than unmarried,the proportion of government departments,state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is high,and the income is at the upper level.The purpose of training is diverse,athletes with high competitive level pay attention to personal honor,realize individual competitive value,and low level athletes are more inclined to exercise,challenge themselves,release stress and interpersonal communication;occupational and family factors are the main factors affecting the training of amateur marathoners in Beijing.2.Amateur marathon athletes between different levels,the training cycle has a great similarity,multi-cycle is their commonly used cycle type,and the training cycle is generally short,the level of training period is more concentrated,the level of low is relatively dispersed,the level of exercise and training time is proportional to the relationship,higher level athletes tend to train longer.3.Different levels of amateur level marathon athletes in Beijing pay less attention to technical training,low-level athletes pay more attention to the arrangement of physical training,and the athletes with high levels pay attention to the balanced development of various physical qualities,while low athletes are more inclined to improve the core competitiveness quality of marathon projects.Highlight the strength endurance training on the basis of aerobic endurance training,in addition,the importance of anaerobic endurance training in training is not high.4.Training methods mainly use the continuous training method and the intermittent training method,for the Fatlake training method is less used.The higher the level,the greater the training intensity,the insufficient training intensity of low-level athletes,jogging and stretching are the most proportional recovery means,the elite recovery status is better than the first and two levels,level three recovery status is slightly worse.5.BEIJING Amateur Marathon athletes pay more attention to jogging and stretching before the game,warm-up situation is better,elite level on the game line proficiency is relatively high,athletes complete all the running process shows very difficult,or even reach the personal limit,training level to be improved.The lower the level of athletes,the less adverse reactions,low-level athletes in the race reaction is mainly reflected in dyspnea,chest tightness pain,dizziness and muscle spasms.6.The higher the proportion of the high level athletes who are at risk of muscle joint injury in the competition,the different types of injury in amateur athletes at different levels,and the low level athletes ' understanding of injury recovery is not in place.The lower the level,the stronger the adverse reactions of athletes after the competition,the lower the level of exercise will need to recover the longer,the recovery means mainly using relaxation massage,hot water bubble bath and capacity supplement three kinds,the lower the level of exercise will require the recovery time corresponding longer.
