Functional physical training has been widely recognized in the field of competitive sports in China,but it is less involved in the field of mass sports.It includes the city marathon.This sport not only tests the technical skills of running,but also requires high physical quality.Without scientific training,it will easily lead to sports injuries.In recent years,in support of our country vigorously under the city marathon has been widely promoted,attracted many amateur runners from different city to participate in the competition,but most amateur runners have not experienced guide scientific training,sports foundation is weak,which leads to a lot of injury problems,especially sudden death cases in recent years the game in,attracted widespread attention in sports,medical departments and society.As a sports worker,it is very important for us to make a scientific and rational training program.By referring to the method of functional fitness training in competitive sports,the competitor energy group ran for empirical study,so as to provide the reference of training ideas and training methods for training research in the field of public fitness and coaches,enrich our country’s system of physical training methods in City Marathon project.This article was guicled by literature research study,expert interview,test method,test method,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,the amateur marathon runner for the physical test methods of 6 test items,the amateur marathon runner functional fitness training program as the research object,with the team after a long period of research,the following conclusion:(1)Comparison of test results before and after functional screening showed that the experimental group achieved significant improvement in the total score of FMS and the flexibility of the shoulder,hip,and thoracic spine.(2)Comparison of the test results before and after explosive force of the lower extremities showed that the experimental group achieved significant improvement in both the SJ and CMJ longitudinal jump patterns.(3)Comparison of the test results before and after the maximum strength of the lower extremities showed that the experimental group achieved significant improvement in flexion and extension ratio of lower extremity,extensor muscle and flexion-extension.(4)Comparison of test results before and after physical function showed that the indexes of the anaerobic threshold in the experimental group were significantly improved,and all indexes in the maximal oxygen uptake were increased,and the heart rate was significantly different.(5)Comparison of results before and after body morphology showed that muscle content in the body composition of the experimental group increased significantly,and fat and body fat percentage decreased,but the difference was not significant.(6)Comparison of gait before and after test results showed that the ratio of step length,vacancy time,vacant time and touchdown time in the experimental group increased and touchdown time decreased,but the difference was not significant. |
