Under the background of national fitness,an increasing number of amateur of marathon enthusiasts join in marathon running with the promotion of national policies and requirements of fitness,which leads to the annually increasing of competitors and sessions in national marathon competition.Moreover,a large number of sports injuries happen with the increasing of amateur marathoners.10 km marathon is a long-distance endurance project,and the particularity of this project makes its become the focus of the runners’ daily training.Due to the importance of the athletes’ cardiopulmonary function and physical fitness in training and competition,fewer but effectively train before the competition.This study aims to explore the scientific training methods that suits to amateur runners,to help them enhance physique,prevent injuries improve exercise results,which promoting a healthy,scientific and effective environment for marathon competition.In this paper,the author is mainly focused on 24 male 10 km amateur athletes combining by the characteristics of the combined training method,using literature data method and the experiment method to analyze.Analysis of their results of 6-week different group training,the study reveals the following results:(1)The combination training method is more diversified in theory than single training method,and the content is close to each other.(2)except flexibility,combined training group has better sporting qualities than single training group,especially in the improvement of physiological functions.(3)Besides,the main muscle strength of lower extremity is greater than that of the single training group.(4)The improvement of athletic performance was higher than that of the single training group.Finally it claims that combined training is more suitable for 10 km amateur marathon enthusiasts to improve their sports quality comprehensively in the improvement of physiological function.Thus,In training,it is necessary to pay attention to the coordinated development of various metabolic systems and the synchronous development of anaerobic power in the upper and lower limbs.What’s more,it is necessary to pay attention to the overall coordinated development of the muscle strength of the knee joint in the power chain oflower limbs.Yet the combined training is beneficial to the coordinated development of lower limb strength and the improvement of running economy.Combined training is helpful to guide the practice of amateur athletes.It suggests that the 10 km marathon amateur athletes according to oneself circumstance combined with training,physiology,such as basic theory,used in daily training in appropriate combinations,and pay attention to the coordinated development between quality factor,step by step to improve performance.
