In recent years,the professional development of the new teachers has attracted attention in many aspects and has become an important part of the field of teacher education research.The initial teacher is the beginning stage of teacher professional development,which will have a profound impact on the career development of teachers.Kindergarten,as a working environment closely related to the beginning teachers,is an important field for the professional development of the new kindergarten teachers,and has a direct impact on the professional growth of the beginning teachers.Exploring the strategy of promoting the professional development of kindergarten teachers in kindergartens not only helps to enrich and improve the teacher education theory,but also has important practical significance for the growth and development of kindergarten teachers.This study mainly used the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to conduct a questionnaire survey on 324 kindergarten teachers in Nan Tong City,and interviewed 24 kindergarten teachers and 4 kindergarten directors.After data compilation and analysis,the current situation was investigated.Kindergarten support for the professional development of the first teacher.The research shows that the problems existing in the kindergarten’s professional development support are mainly due to the lack of professional development time provided by the kindergarten for the first-time teachers;the entry education ignores the psychological needs of the first-time teachers;the evaluation and evaluation system lacks the indicators for the first-time teachers;Limit the professional autonomy of the first teacher.The reasons for the lack of support for kindergarten teachers’ professional development are mainly the immature organizational mechanism supported by kindergartens,lack of regular management mechanism,and the content is not comprehensive.Kindergarten support lacks the concept of people-oriented,neglects the subjectivity of the first teacher,and ignores the beginning teacher.Individual differences.Combined with the above research results,the following strategies are proposed to promote the professional development support of kindergarten teachers: to increase the capital investment of the beginning teacher training,to formulate support policies for the beginning teachers;to establish an integrated beginning teacher training model,to break the post-service The situation of education separation;practice the concept and method of teaching leadership management,give the beginning teachers professional development autonomy;improve the guarantee mechanism for the development of the first teacher,promote the sustainable development of the first teacher;create a supportive kindergarten culture,create harmony The cultural environment of the symbiotic garden.
