To implement "Kindergarten Education Outlines (Tentative)" is a profound and difficult education reforms carried out in pre-school field. It requires teachers to thoroughly understand the concept of the "Outlines" and to be the supporters, cooperators and guilders of early childhood development, employed game as the basic activities and in the process of game-oriented daily life, goal-oriented zone activities and activity-oriented common learning, in order to lay the foundation for the comprehensive and harmonious development of children.In the pre-school curriculum reform, it is necessary for kindergarten teachers, especially the key teachers, continuously to build a new knowledge system, update education concepts, and acquire new skills and methods, around the concepts and objectives of the reform. The key teachers are the core to improve kindergarten education quality, and arc better than the ordinary teachers in terms of moral as a teacher, educational concept, teaching ability, teaching experience and research capacity. Therefore, they are better and easier to accept new education reform information, ideas and concepts and to combine new theory with education practice to improve the education quality effectively.By ways of questionnaires, kindergarten interviews, case collection and analysis, and observing the lectures, the research, randomly selects research samples from the outstanding young teachers, district key teachers, district academic leaders, Beijing municipal academic leaders and municipal key teachers in the district during2004-2012, analyzes the present professional development supporting strategy. Based on the key teacher classification, the research summarizes the key teacher effective professional development supporting strategy in the form of case studies in the aspects of self-support strategies, kindergarten support strategies, social support strategies. The paper also proposes ideas to further optimize the key teacher professional growth supporting strategy, and provides a reference for future work for the district education administrative departments, teaching and research agencies, training institutions, kindergartens.
