Research On Strengthening Employment Outlook Education Of College Students In Xinjiang

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the policy of national security.At present,the employment situation in Xinjiang is still grim,which is mainly reflected in the fact that the total number of employed people is still expanding,the contradiction between supply and demand still needs to be alleviated,the structural contradiction of employment is highlighted,and the overall employment pressure of society is high.College students in Xinjiang are an important part of employment groups in Xinjiang.Under the current severe employment situation,the employment situation of college students in Xinjiang is not optimistic,and the employment difficulties of college students in Xinjiang are still widespread.Therefore,we should attach great importance to the problem of employment and employment outlook of college students in Xinjiang,actively solve the problem of employment,and guide college students in Xinjiang to establish a correct employment outlook.The employment outlook fully reflects the college students' pursuit of the ideal and goal of their future career.At the same time,they have an important impact on their world outlook,outlook on life and values.The research on the employment outlook of college students in Xinjiang is of great practical significance to better carry out the education of employment outlook of college students in Xinjiang,to guide college students to be objective and realistic,to focus on the long-term,and to make a good job of College Students' career selection and employment with a positive attitude.Xinjiang's special geographical location and strategic position in the development of the western region determine that solving the employment problem of college students in Xinjiang is not only relates to the survival and development of Xinjiang's colleges and universities,and relates to the rational allocation of talents,national unity,economic prosperity and social progress of college students of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.It is also related to the social stability and long-term stability of Xinjiang,to build a well-off society in an all-round way.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and induction,this thesis collects and collates data from four universities in Xinjiang,and analyses the contradictions and problems existing in the process of employment outlook education of university students in Xinjiang.Based on this,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the employment outlook education of college students in Xinjiang.Based on the above considerations,this thesis is divided into four parts.The first part focuses on the background and significance of the idea,the related concepts of employment education,the key and difficult points and innovations,and the domestic and foreign research review.The second part mainly introduces the changes of college students' employment outlook in different periods and the characteristics of college students' employment outlook in Xinjiang,thus elaborating that the correct employment outlook of college students in Xinjiang is conducive to their growth and success,to the realization of personal value,to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way,as well as the realization of social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang.In the third part,data obtained through questionnaires survey and interviews are used to focuses on the current situation of employment outlook education of college students in Xinjiang,and analyses the main problems and reasons of employment outlook education of college students in Xinjiang.The fourth part,based on the analysis of problems and causes,puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the employment outlook education of college students in Xinjiang.By strengthening the education of employment outlook of college students in Xinjiang,we can pave the way for the smooth employment of college students in Xinjiang.
