As an indispensable part of language teaching,pronunciation teaching plays a crucial role in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.Currently,teaching Chinese as a foreign language is in a period of vigorous development.Due to the close relationship between Thailand and China,as with the unique geographical factors and strong support of Thailand government,Chinese Education in Thailand has developed rapidly.Overseas Chinese schools,due to their particularity in overseas Chinese teaching,occupy a unique position in Thailand education.This paper takes Phuket Thaihua Asean Wittaya School as an example,while takes the senior high school students there as the research object.Referring to related theories in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language,using research methods of questionnaire,literature review and comparative analysis,this paper investigated and analyzed Chinese phonetic teaching situation of this school,compared and analyzed the differences between Chinese and Thai in consonants,vowels and tone.Furthermore,based on phonetic teaching principles and strategies,this paper focuses on putting forward targeted strategies for Thai senior high school students in Chinese phonetics learning,which is expected to promote the Chinese pronunciation education for Thai senior high school students. |
