Orienteering is a sport that combines physical strength and intelligence.In the process of orienteering,students are not only required to have certain physical stamina,but also to have a certain ability to recognize pictures.Students’ picture recognition is based on the information on the directional map.Make accurate judgments,and plan the route,where attention is an important factor that affects students in the process of oriented movement recognition.In recent years,psychological intervention methods based on mindfulness have been widely concerned in the field of psychology,which also provides a new research perspective for the practice of sports psychology in China.In the field of sports,mental intervention methods based on mindfulness have also been recognized by athletes,which have improved their mindfulness level,which is conducive to the improvement of sports performance.This research is based on mindfulness training theory,using orienteering as the carrier,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and other methods to divide the experimental subjects into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received 8 weeks of mindfulness training teaching practice,and the control group received 8 weeks of traditional orienteering teaching.Test the mindfulness level,orienteering exercise chart recognition performance,attention network characteristics,brain wave index of the experimental group and the control group,and explore the influence of different teaching methods on mindfulness level,orienteering exercise chart recognition performance,attention network characteristics,and brain wave index.The results of this study found that:(1)Through the analysis of the mindfulness levels of the two groups of students,it can be seen that after the experiment,the mindfulness levels of the two groups of students have significant differences in the dimensions of awareness and action(P<0.05).There are very significant differences in dimensions,non-judgment dimensions,inaction dimensions and total scores(P<0.01);analysis of the experimental group students before and after the experiment shows that the experimental group students have significant differences in the perceived action dimensions(P<0.05),There are very significant differences in the observation dimension,description dimension,non-judgment dimension,non-action dimension and total score(P<0.01).(2)Through the analysis of the scores of the two groups of students in orienteering,it can be seen that there is a significant difference in the scores of the two groups of students after the experiment(P<0.05);there is also an analysis of the scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment.Significant difference(P<0.05).(3)Through the analysis of the attention network characteristics of the two groups of students,it can be seen that there is a very significant difference between the two groups of students ’ executive control network scores after the experiment(P<0.01);the experimental group’s students’ executive control network before and after the experiment is also statistically significant difference(P<0.01).(4)Through the analysis of the characteristics of the ERP data of the two groups of students,it can be seen that after the experiment,the P300 latency of the two groups of students has a very significant difference at the Pz and Fz points(P<50.01),and the P300 amplitude has a very significant difference at the Pz point(P<0.01);CNV amplitude has a very significant difference at Cz point(P<0.01);N1 latency has a significant difference at Fz and Cz points(P<0.05),N1 amplitude is very significant at Pz point There is a very significant difference in P300 latency at Pz and Fz points before and after the experiment(P<0.01),and there is a very significant difference in P300 amplitude at Pz point(P<0.01);CNV amplitude is very significant at Cz point(P<0.01);N1 latency is very significant at Cz and Fz points(P<0.01),N1 amplitude is very significant at Pz Difference(P<0.01).The research results show that: mindfulness training improves students’ mindfulness level,the performance of orienteering,and the function of executive control network.
