In the process of transformation from traditional society to modern society,state-owned enterprises in northeast China are also going through the stage of reform from tradition to modernity.The transformation of state-owned enterprises in northeast China has been going on,but the effect is not satisfactory.At present,the economic level of northeast China has been relatively backward,the ratio of state-owned enterprises is large,the transformation speed is slow,and the deep-seated institutional problems have been highlighted.There are many problems in the promotion mechanism of state-owned enterprises.In the critical period of transformation,how to make employees clear the promotion path,enhance their recognition and trust in enterprises,change the status quo of overstaffing and improve their work enthusiasm are the problems that enterprises need to solve.The limitation of internal promotion mechanism leads to the lack of promotion orientation of employees,which is not conducive to retaining talents and achieving long-term development.Due to the special nature of state-owned enterprises,the regional economic reform in northeast China is not as strong and market-oriented as that in developed cities such as Shanghai and shenzhen.The special type of regional economy in northeast China determines that the process of transformation is slow.Various types of capital play a role through the special field of state-owned enterprises.Based on the survey data of state-owned enterprises in northeast China,this paper analyzes and discusses the influence of political capital,human capital and social capital on the sense of promotion direction.At the same time,it is found that the fair distribution of capital also affects the sense of direction of promotion.On the basis of reading the literature,the author puts forward a new concept,that is,the sense of direction of promotion.The sense of direction of promotion is people's perception of the clarity of promotion,which shows that time and direction play an important role in promotion.Employees can improve their sense of direction of promotion by improving their various kinds of capital.The improvement of the sense of direction of promotion will also promote the sense of fairness,improve their identification with state-owned enterprises,improve their work enthusiasm,and have an important impact on the development of enterprises.In the traditional society,family background and class background play a great role in position acquisition,while in the modern society,human capital plays a great role.Promotion is a key factor to measure career success.Whether the promotion path can be defined is related to the internal fairness of the enterprise and the incentive mechanism of employees.Promotion is usually accompanied by the improvement of one's social status.At the present stage,whether the proportion of human capital's influence on job promotion increases is a question worth considering.This paper starts from the perception of promotion path and puts forward the concept of promotion sense of direction.This paper explains the differences between the promotion sense and the promotion path,the promotion satisfaction and the promotion system,emphasizes the importance of the promotion sense,the consequences caused by the lack of the promotion sense,and the remedial measures.Then,starting from various capital theories,this paper discusses the influence and strength of various factors on different employees in state-owned enterprises.The data of one city and one enterprise show that,firstly,in the marketization transformation process of state-owned enterprises,compared with political capital,human capital has a greater positive impact on employees' sense of direction for promotion.Second,compared with social capital,human capital has a greater positive impact on employees' sense of direction for promotion.Third,in the process of market-oriented transformation,the higher the sense of fairness,the stronger the sense of promotion direction.
