With the rapid economic development,China's population continues to flow to the city.At the same time,the floating population has brought new challenges to the management of ingoing city.The development and adaptation of migrant children in the immigration area has gradually attracted widespread attention from the govemment,experts and scholars.Migrant children,as a special marginal group,the original social support system existing in rural areas can no longer work.Children have many obstacles in life,education and psychological development.So,what is the state of psychosocial development of migrant children?What are the reasons that led to their life and learning dilemmas?How can we help them get better out of these disadvantages?How can they be better integrated into the new environment?This study focuses on the law of the psychological development of migrant children and the difficulties they encounter in social life.Using social work methods to conduct research and provide professional services for migrant children in the T-community in Shenzhen.Based on the professional internship experience in the T community,this dissertation takes the migrant children living in the village community as the research object,and learns the history and current situation of the research in related fields at home and abroad based on the relevant literature.Then get first-hand information in the community according to observations,interviews,questionnaires and other methods.Social work focuses on exploring the actual value and potential value of migrant children,combining the characteristics of migrant children's psychosocial development,and analyzing the causes of the dilemma of migrant children.Group woric involves those migrant children who are marginalized and unable to adapt to the environment,helping each migrant child to grow in the group process.Based on the full investigation,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.It is extremely important to play the role of the government,the community and relevant social institutions to jointly promote the learning environment for migrant children.In the work of the sample unit T-community selected in this dissertation,it is found that the overall financial situation of the T-community households is poor.Due to factors such as the availability of family economic resources and educational resources,family structure and long-term living habits,there are certain obstacles in the life safety,social learning and participation of migrant children.The survey found that for these migrant children who are unable to adapt to the environment,external social networks such as the government,schools and communities have a low level of understanding of migrant children,not to mention providing adequate social support.This dissertation starts from the research significance,literature review,research innovations and research methods,and clarifies the background,core concepts and theoretical support of the research.At the same time,it introduces the community background of migrant children's life,that is,the develo piment of the village community.Through interviews and reviewing relevant information of the community,to deepen our understanding of the specific life dilemmas of migrant children?and then conduct theoretical analysis from various internal and external factors.On the basis of theoretical analysis,proposing the specificity method to intervene in the living dilemma of migrant children.The preparatory work of the group work,the design of the program,the process of the intervention of the activity and the subsequent evaluation of the group are the focus of this paper.Finally,some suggestions and methods for solving problems are proposed for the needs of migrant children.
