Social Work Intervention In The Safety Of Migrant Children In Urban Villages

In recent years,as television,newspapers and other media continue to report various child safety incidents,the community has become more and more concerned about the safety of children.The causes of these accidents are mainly the negligence of parents and the increasingly complex social environment,which have led to frequent occurrence of child safety incidents.The Sudan Red incident,the"big head doll"incident and so on have greatly caused parents' panic.How to provide a safe environment for children to develop is a research topic that many scholars attach great importance to.Nowadays,China's industrialization and urbanization process is accelerating,and some parents have to leave their hometowns to work in the field,thus becoming a floating population,and then there are migrant children.Nowadays,scholars mainly focus on left-behind children when studying this topic.They have not paid attention to the growing children who are growing faster,especially on the safety of migrant children.The problem of migrant children is still not effective.The solution is that many media programs report on mobile child safety accidents during the summer vacation.Because the living conditions and living environment are quite special,the author believes that the safety problems of migrant children need to be more concerned.During the summer vacation,the author was fortunate to participate in the summer camp activities of the social workers in P Village,Shenzhen.The theme was about the safety of migrant children and the opportunity to live in harmony with the floating children in the local P village.Therefore,the author hopes to use his social worker experience to study the security issues of migrant children in urban villages from the perspective of social workers.At the same time,referring to the research results of other scholars,in order to solve the safety problems of migrant children,try to frind out the specific operational practices,provide some specific action guidance for better solving the problem of mobile children's safety in the future,and promote the practice to solve the safety of mobile children in urban villages,problem.The discussion of this paper is mainly divided into the following aspects:First,the first chapter is the introduction part.The author briefly expounds the purpose and significance of this research,analyzes the related research on the safety of migrant children at home and abroad,and conducts a literature review.The research methods used in this paper are also briefly described.The related concepts and the theories adopted by"mobile children"and"villages in the city"are elaborated.In the second chapter,the P village and social work institutions are first introduced to understand its basic situation and the characteristics of migrant children in urban villages.Specific analysis,and then through the field survey to analyze the specific safety problems of migrant children in urban villages and analyze the specific reasons for the problems through interviews,found that the "villages in the city"mobile children have large size in the family,school and outdoor.Small safety hazards,the incidence of accidental injuries is large.In the third chapter,we discuss the specific practical process of social work involved in migrant children in urban villages,and intervene in the safety of migrant children in urban villages through group work methods,from the preparatory stage of the previous group to the formal implementation of the group,summarizing the specific practical programs and analyzing the activities of the group.Results and dilemmas.Finally,based on literature research and case analysis,the paper explores the safety of migrant children in urban villages from the aspects of government,family and social work,and provides lessons for similar activities in the future.From the past academic research,on the one hand,it is to study the problem of villages in the city,most of which focus on the accommodation conditions and environment of the villages in the city,the security aspects of the villages in the city and the demolition of houses,and from the perspective of the combination of social work concepts and skills.There are few studies on the service of social work involving migrants in urban villages,especially migrant children.On the other hand,based on the study of migrant children,most of them are analyzed through psychology and education,and they are investigated and analyzed in terms of difficulties in education,adaptation to urban life and psychological conditions,but the safety of migrant children.There are very few studies in this area.This paper combines the urban village and the mobile child.The research object is defined as the mobile child.The research scope is set as the urban village.The safety problem of the migrant children in the village is taken as the entry point,and the social work organization is involved in the safety of migrant children.Start to create a safe living environment for migrant children,and evaluate the effects and reflections of the intervention process,provide effective suggestions for problems in the safety of migrant children,and propose new research ideas in order to better improve the safety of migrant children in urban villages.
