| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress elaborated on the major contradictions in our society:the insufficiency of China’s social development and the contradiction of satisfying people’s growing demand for a better life.This strategic judgment is also in line with the reality of higher education in China.The Anhui provincial government has taken a series of measures to actively improve this outstanding problem in the higher education sector in the province,such as the publication of the"Five-Year Action Plan for First-Class Discipline and High-Level University Construction"as a job Hand,implement the"Several Policies to Support the Development of Higher Education."The study first defines what is"educational fullness".By comparing the similarities and differences between"educational fullness"and"educational equity"and"educational equilibrium",the differences and connections between the two are clearly defined..At the level of empirical analysis,based on the development concepts of"innovation,coordination,green,openness,sharing","development ahead,moderate advance development and lagging development"and the human development index,the construction is applicable to Anhui Higher Education.An indicator evaluation system for the degree of development of education.Using quantitative research methods,descriptive statistics on the development of higher education in Anhui from 2010 to 2016,in which descriptive statistical indicators are selected in four dimensions,namely scale,structure,quality and efficiency,and the number of institutions and the number of college teachers are selected.Descriptive statistics on the development of higher education in Anhui Province,indicators such as college funding.Based on relevant theories,through the empirical research method,explore the inadequacy of the development of Anhui higher education.In terms of satisfying people’s needs,with the help of the Higher Education Development Index in the Human Development Index,empirical research is conducted through quantitative data;in terms of meeting the needs of social and economic development,the SPSS statistical software is used to test and verify the two.The exploratory nature of relevant factors leads to relevant results.The empirical research found that in recent years,Anhui’s higher education has developed rapidly.It has achieved gratifying achievements in terms of scale and structure,as well as in terms of quality and efficiency.However,the problem of insufficient development of higher education is still worrying.From the perspective of satisfying people’s development,due to the insufficient development of the scale,quality and efficiency of higher education in Anhui cities,there are few cities with strong development level in Anhui higher education;the gap in the development level of higher education in Anhui Province is significant,it is difficult to To meet the growing needs of the Anhui people for high quality,individualized and diverse education.From the perspective of meeting social and economic development,although the level of higher education developmert in Anhui Province is closely related to the level of economic development,the correlation between the two is high and rising,but the level of coordination between higher education development and social and economic development is low,so Anhui The development of higher education does not fully meet the needs of local social and economic development.To this end,from the perspective of satisfying people and social economy,the study analyzes the reasons for the insufficient development of higher education in Anhui from the perspective of the structure,quality and efficiency of higher education,and proposes corresponding countermeasures. |
