In converse, ahealthy and fast development of regional economy is more than material basis forlocal higher education which has a higher human resource demand along withpromoting local university and college structure adjustment as well as the adjustmentof quality and efficiency even the expansion of scale.Anhui knowing as larger province lies in the middle of China with largepopulation, vast territory and rich resources. On the other hand, the economy here isrelatively advanced which is deeply connected with the development of local highereducation. Since the open up and reforming policy over30years especially duringthe eleventh five-year plan, local government and colleges try hard to make highereducation contribute fully to local social development.
