In recent years,with the continuous progress of higher education and the expansion of College enrollment,people pay more and more attention to the management of higher education and the psychological health education of College students.Because the sports characteristics of the students majoring in physical education are different from those of the ordinary college students,the large amount of activities,frequent physical contact and the high competitiveness of the sports itself result in the aggressive behavior of the students majoring in Physical Education in competitions or peacetime training.Therefore,only by finding out the characteristics of aggressiveness of students majoring in physical education can we really find a solution and put forward corresponding educational countermeasures.Based on the methods of explicit Aggression Questionnaire and empathy questionnaire,this study investigates the students majoring in Physical Education in some universities in Heilongjiang Province.The results show that there are significant differences in gender and specialty between physical education majors in Heilongjiang Province;age and whether they are only children have no significant influence on physical education majors' aggression;skill-based antagonistic event groups(basketball,football)and skill-based combat are more prone to physical aggression than female students.The aggressiveness of sexual event group(Sanda)is significantly higher than that of other event groups.The aggressiveness of netted antagonistic event group(tennis,badminton,volleyball)is significantly higher than that of physical dominant event group(track and field)and skill group(aerobics,Wushu routine).The empathy ability of college students majoring in Physical Education in Heilongjiang Province has significant differences in gender and specific items;the empathy ability of female students is higher than that of male students;tennis,volleyball,badminton,track and field of skill-based antagonistic events,and aerobics and martial arts routines of skill-based antagonistic events are higher than that of basketball,football and skill-based events of skill-based antagonistic groups.The ability of empathy in Sanda of fighting antagonistic groups is high.There is a significant negative correlation between empathy and aggressiveness of college students majoring in physical education.Research prospects: changing the teaching methods of Sports Specialty in physical education,further adjusting training intensity and increasing rest time in peacetime training or teaching,purifying the competition environment in combination with schools and sports events organizations,correctly guiding the competition style and discipline,strengthening the selection of physical education teachers and improving the comprehensive quality of students;Kang education is further strengthened,and empathy theory is intervened to improve students' empathy ability,so as to reduce students' aggression.
