Study On Test Anxiety And Perfectionism Tendency Of College Students Majoring In Physical Education In Fujian Province

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between test anxiety and perfectionist tendency,and to find out the relationship between test anxiety and perfectionist tendency.This study is based on sports study,sports psychology and related theory,test anxiety and perfectionist tendencies as the research object of this article,this study perfectionism scale and Wang Caikang ZiFei translation of translation "test anxiety scale" as a research tool,randomly selected from four universities in Fujian province sports school of 586 students as investigation object,and explore the relationship between test anxiety and perfectionist tendencies.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1? College students' anxiety and perfectionist tendency in theory course and professional skill course are at the medium level.2?The level of anxiety in theory courses and professional skills courses.There was no significant difference in gender variables.There were significant differences in the variables of family location,grade,family monthly income,school and major.The test anxiety level in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas,which increased with the increase of grade.In terms of the variables of only-child or not,there was no significant difference in the test of professional skills,while the test anxiety level of the non-only-child in the theory class was higher than that of the only-child.3? Degree of perfectionist tendency.There was no significant difference in gender,only-child status,monthly family income and variables of different family locations.Girls were only more likely than boys to worry about mistakes and action doubts.Girls were more likely to worry about mistakes than non-only children.There were significant differences in variables of different grades,schools and majors,and the degree of perfectionism deepened with the increase of grades.4?The total score of perfectionist tendency and the other four factors have a significant positive correlation with the anxiety of theory course and professional skill course;There was a significant negative correlation between organization factor and exam anxiety in theory class and professional skill class.There was a significant positive correlation between test anxiety in theory class and test anxiety in professional skill class.5?The total score of perfectionism tendency and some dimensions have a certain predictive effect on the anxiety level of theoretical courses and professional skills courses.
