Basketball,as one of the core competitions of the Olympic Games,is a hand-centered physical antagonism sport. In the competition, the antagonism, breakthrough, fierce struggle, perfect layup and so on of both players will attract countless people who love basketball.Modern basketball has developed into one of the most popular sports in the world. Our country has made great progress in the research of basketball, and basketball competitions are more diversified. In term of basketball techniques and tactics, the research on Chinese athletes is very comprehensive, but the research on the most basic technical movement of basketball is less.Shooting accuracy,as the core and purpose of Offensive-Defensive confrontation in modern competitive basketball,is the key factor to determine the success or failure of the competition.Among them, the most basic shooting technique is shooting on the basket, and the upper shot can be divided into hands,one-handed shoulder,one-handed backhand,one-handed hook and so on.At the same time. This paper focuses on the analysis of the single-handed shoulder shooting during the march of basketball. In this paper,by using kinematics instruments, mainly using experimental methods, literature, interviews, data analysis and comparative analysis, the technical movements of one-handed shoulder shooting during basketball March are studied and analyzed.Through the test of 2 professional athletes and 4 special sports students on the standardized one-handed shoulder shooting action four times per person, two more standardized actions per person were selected for analysis. In the research process, the technical movements of basketball single-handed shoulder shooting are divided into three parts:the preparation stage of holding the ball, the take-off stage of kicking the ground and the take-off stage of emptying the hands. The analysis results are as follows:First,The last three steps and strides of one-handed shooters in the marching period affect the initial speed of layup, the speed and speed loss of the pedal-to-ground take off, reduction of the two-step is positive performance of one-handed shoot.Second,As the reserve and preparation stage of the kick-off shooting technique, the holding preparation stage occupies the longest time in the whole three stages. The players can obtain the reaction force of the ground to support the kick-off through sufficient pressure on the ground during the holding preparation stage.Third,The angle of the right elbow joint decreases in the preparation stage of holding the ball, which is the expression of the active contraction storage of the upper limb;to a certain extent, the smaller angle of the left and right hip joint will be more conducive to the stability of movement;the angle of knee joint is obtuse, showing a lower body center of gravity.Fourth,The less the less of the horizontal velocity of the center of gravity at the moment of the kick-off,the more advantageous to the completion of the technique;the time of the kick-off stage is affected by the previous stage of the technique;the angle of wrist joint increase gradually during the kick-off stage, and the angle of elbow joint should form a right angle as far as possible, which is conducive to the shooting speed and angle. The larger the angle velocity of lower limb joints is,the better it is for kick-off shooting.Fifth,The body take-off angle affects the body posture in the air,and if the body take-off angle is too large, the body posture in the air will be backward;the take-off stage occupies less time of the whole technical action, and the time of basketball shooting and take-off stage is positively correlated;within a certain limit, the smaller the angle of take-off,the faster the speed of take-off,the more conducive to the improvement of shooting percentage.
