Basketball is an activity that can construct a sports culture mood through sports behavior,wisdom,emotion,etc.,and transmit sports culture,and is a bridge for multicultural exchanges in the world,which is deeply loved by people.Basketball is a sport in which both players use techniques and tactics under specific rules to win the team with the most points.With the research and application of modern science and technology in the field of basketball,improving scoring efficiency and improving shooting percentage are hot issues in modern basketball research.One-handed low-handed shooting between the march is a high-usage close-range shooting method,the technical action has the characteristics of the shot point is close to the basket,the action is relatively stable,the ball is short in the air flight distance,etc.,and it is less disturbed by other factors in the outside world,so it has certain practical significance for the kinematic study of the one-handed low-handed shooting technique between the marching.In this paper,the method of sports biomechanics experiment,literature,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis are used to make an in-depth study of the one-handed underhand shooting technique in basketball.Through 6 basketball players of different levels,three standard action tests were carried out for each of them,and the most ideal action was selected for analysis.On the basis of the theory of kinematics,anatomy,physiology,the ball preparation stage,ground take-off stage,stage of empty hand movement of the three phase length,such as,center of gravity changes in the Angle of each joint kinematic data were analyzed,and the research level of different men’s basketball players moving one hand low shot technology the general law of action and the individual differencesexperimental research and analysis,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)One-handed low-handed shots by men’s basketball players of different levels are composed of three stages: preparing for the ball,jumping on the ground,and vacating the shot.The preparation phase of holding the ball takes the longest,the shortest time in the empty shot stage,and the total time it takes the athlete to complete the entire technical action is about 1.12-1.22 s.The two national second-level basketball players spent a shorter time in the airborne release stage and a longer time in the ground take-off stage.(2)In the preparation stage of holding the ball,the last three steps of one-handed low-handed shooting between the marches,the length of the second step is slightly smaller than the first step,which is more in line with the law of movement;the body is excessively forward-leaning,which is not conducive to obtaining vertical speed when traveling,forcing athletes to complete the technical action by reducing the right knee joint angle to obtain vertical speed and reaction force when walking in the second step,which affects the rhythm of the entire technical action,which is not only not conducive to the athlete’s technical level,but also increases the risk of knee joint injury;the elbow joint angle is decreasing.The active contraction of the upper limbs is more conducive to the exertion of the athlete’s technical movements.In the preparation stage of holding the ball,the elbow Angle of the two national second-level basketball players decreased significantly,which made full use of the upper body energy.(3)In the pedaling take-off stage,at the end of the pedaling jump,the shoulder joint and elbow joint angles are at right angles,closer to the best shooting angle,which is conducive to the shooting speed and shooting angle;in the characteristics of the center of gravity change in the pedaling jumping stage,the center of gravity change amplitude can reflect to a certain extent whether the athlete makes full use of the vertical force of the ground,thereby obtaining the maximum vertical kinetic energy.The center of gravity height of the two national second-level basketball players at the moment of takeoff from the ground was higher than that of the other four players,and the average range of change of center of gravity was also higher than that of the other four players.(4)In the empty shot stage,the one-handed low-handed shooting time between the march is positively correlated with the time of the empty shot stage;within a certain range,the one-handed low-handed shooting height between the marching one-handed lowhanded shot height increases the shot angle is correspondingly reduced,the shot angle is reduced,and the shot speed is increased.Two national second-level basketball players have a higher hand height than the other four players,a faster hand speed than the other four players,and a lower hand Angle than the other four players.
