The Predicament And Way Out Of Preschool Education Major In Secondary Vocational Schools

Preschool teachers were mainly trained by Secondary Vocational schools at the early time.However,with the development of the society and the introduction of new national policies,along with the popularity of high schools,the entrance threshold of preschool teachers is gradually raised.The preschool teachers who are graduated from secondary vocational schools are facing serious challenges.Hence this article carries on the thorough and meticulous research from the aspects of the predicament and the way out of preschool education major development in Secondary Vocational Schools,which certainly has theoretical significance and practical value.This paper selects F vocational school as a study case,and during the study the writer applies the methods of literature research,investigation,interviewing method,case study and so on.According to the logical framework of historical evolution,current situation,existing problem,reason analysis and countermeasure,the writer probes into the predicament and the way out of preschool education major development in F Secondary Vocational School.At first,the history of the development of preschool education major in Secondary Vocational Schools is elaborated,then the present situation of the major of preschool education in F school is presented from five aspects:training objective,supportive conditions,recruitment and employment,teaching staff,curriculum and teaching.In the paper the writer emphatically analyzes the existing problems in the curriculum reform of preschool education major in F school,and aiming at these problems,the writer puts forward a few countermeasures on the way out for the development of preschool education major in Secondary Vocational Schools,combining with the writer's long-term work practice experiences.
