Along with the policy guidance of the state government,all kinds of preschool education institutions grow rapidly to around 200,000.However,the number of preschool teachers supply relatively lags behind,obviously showing the contradiction between supply and demand.In current school education in China,secondary vocational preschool education has played a more and more important role in both current teachers training and supply.However,compared to the upsurge of professional study in secondary preschool education,the students' quality from these schools will not be accepted by the public,also the employment once cooling.It worries people about the professional development of current secondary vocational preschool education.It has raised concerns about how to ensure the scientific and sustainable professional development.It is now a topic to research.In this paper,taking some secondary preschool education major in Shaoxing as the research object,by adopting literature method,questionnaire survey method,interviews and other research methods,the article involves defining the core concepts and the related research results from both at home and abroad reviewed and summarized,on the basis of through from the questionnaire,some of the teachers and graduates majoring in secondary vocational school preschool education in Shaoxing,by survey and visiting groups of secondary vocational preschool education students,conducting a questionnaire survey,and through the questionnaire,mastering the current secondary vocational preschool education development overall situation.And then teasing out the current in some of the problems existing in the secondary vocational preschool education development: the poor quality of student source,uneven in professional,students' professional quality not high,policy limit,students' employment way more narrow,etc.,and from the secondary school students in preschool education themselves,schools and society three aspects,it has carried on the multiple perspectives in reasons.Finally,in view of the current problems and its reason,the paper puts forward to improve secondary vocational preschool education countermeasures and suggestions for the situation development,in order to promote secondary vocational preschool education professional scientific and sustainable development separately from the national education system,the schools and students from major of preschool education.
