In recent years,the education reform based on curriculum standards has been widely implemented in all countries around the world.As an important part of the curriculum system,assessment is of great significance to promote the process of curriculum reform.In our country,the junior high school academic assessment examination has dual targets.On the one hand,it is necessary to examine whether the students meet the graduation standards of junior high school.On the other hand,it is also the basis of whether the students can enter the senior high school.The quality of examination questions is an important guarantee for the realization of teaching based on curriculum objectives and the realization of examination fairness.Anhui province and Jiangsu province,which are located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,are adjacent to each other in geographical location,but the policies for the entrance examination are quite different.Although the system of senior high school entrance examination questions in the two regions is based on the curriculum standards promulgated by the state,the proposition mechanism of Anhui province is the unified proposition and examination of the whole province,while that of Jiangsu province is the independent proposition and examination of each prefecture level city in the province.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a comparative study on the consistency of the examination questions and curriculum standards in different regions.The research object of this study is the chemistry test questions of senior high school entrance examination in Anhui Province,Nanjing city and Lianyungang city of Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2020.Drawing on the SEC consistency analysis method,this paper makes a comparative study on the consistency of chemistry test questions and curriculum standards in different regions from the overall situation,content theme dimension and cognitive level dimension,in order to provide reference for relevant researchers and senior high school entrance examination question makers.This study consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and problems,and explains the significance of the research.The second part is the literature review.Firstly,it defines the important keywords involved in the research,and then combs the relevant research at home and abroad,providing a scientific theoretical basis for this study.And the third part describes the research content,research object and research method,describes the construction and analysis process of coding framework,and introduces the calculation method of consistency index and critical value.Then,the fourth part analyzes and compares the overall consistency between the examination questions and the curriculum standards in the different regions.The fifth part analyzes and compares the consistency of test questions and curriculum standards in the content subject dimension between the different regions.The sixth part analyzes and compares the consistency of them in the cognitive level dimension between the different regions.The seventh part expounds the conclusion,suggestion and reflection of the research.This study draws the following conclusions through comparative study:(1)from2013 to 2020,the consistency of chemistry test questions and curriculum standards of senior high school entrance examination in Anhui province,Nanjing city and Lianyungang city over the years has not reached the level of consistency;(2)the consistency of chemistry test questions and curriculum standards of senior high school entrance examination in Anhui province fluctuates with different years.There are regional differences in the consistency of chemistry test questions and curriculum standards in Jiangsu province.The consistency level of test questions and curriculum standards in Nanjing city has increased year by year since 2015,while the consistency level of Lianyungang city fluctuates with different years;(3)in the dimension of content theme,the test questions and curriculum standards in different regions have the same points,and the consistency level varies with the content theme;(4)in the dimension of cognitive level,the test questions and curriculum standards in different regions have the same points,and the consistency situation varies with the cognitive level;(5)the quality of provincial proposition and municipal proposition varies with the prefecture level cities.According to the research results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)improve the curriculum and standards;(2)strengthen the training of proposition personnel;(3)strengthen the learning exchange of educators in different regions.
