The natio nal curric ulum standard is the basis for the comp ilation of teaching materials,teac hing,evaluatio n and examinatio n propositio n,and the bas is for the natio nal management and evaluatio n of the c urriculum.The test is an important form of acad emic assessment at the co mpulsory educatio n stage.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the cons istency between examinatio n questio ns and curric ulum standards scientifically and comprehensively.Based on the d ifferences of regional d istrib ution and overall develop ment,this stud y selected the midd le schoo l entrance examinatio n chemistry questio ns and the curric ulum standard of compulsory educ atio n chemistry(2022 ed itio n)of five Inner Mo ngo lian cities(Hohhot,Bao tou,Tongliao,Chifeng and Ordos)as the researc h objects,based on Brumm’s taxono my of educ atio nal go als and consistenc y theory,SEC was selected as a consistency analys is too l to encode and Count Curric ulum Stand ards and midd le school examinatio n questio ns on the content theme and cognitive level d imens ions.Us ing Excel and MATLAB software to standard ize the data,and calculate the Porter cons istency ind ex and critic al value,the two numerical values are compared to analyze the overall cons istenc y of the test questio ns and curric ulum standards.At the same time,comb ined with the chart,the paper analyzes the general and regio nal c haracteristics of the consistenc y between the test questio ns and the curric ulum standards in the two dimensions of content theme and cognitive level.The co nc lus io ns are as fo llo ws :(1)In the content sub ject d imens ion,there are so me s imilarities between the examinatio n questio ns and the curric ulum standards,both of which pay attention to “Scientific inq uiry and chemic al experiment” and“App lic atio n o f the nature of matter”.At the same time,the level of regio nal cons istenc y is d ifferent b ecaus e of the content theme.Amo ng the three themes,“Scientific inquiry and chemical exp eriments ”,“The chemical reactio n of matter” and “Chemistry and society-interdisciplinary practice”,Chifeng has good consistency;In the theme of “Nature and application of matter”,Hohhot had better consistency,while in the theme of “Composition and structure of matter”,Baotou and Tongliao had better consistency.(2)In the d imens ion of cognitive level,there are some s imilarities between the examinatio n q uestio ns and curric ulum standards in different regio ns.Ho wever,d ifferent fro m the curric ulum stand ard,the five questions rais e the level o f “Understanding”and lo wer the level of “Know”.At the same time,the level of regional consistenc y is different because of d ifferent cognitive level.In the level of“Knowing”,the consistency of Hohhot is better,in the level of “Knowing”,the consistency of Baoto u is better,and in the level of “Understanding”,the consistenc y of Chifeng is better.(3)On the who le,there is no signific ant consistenc y between the chemistry examinatio n q uestio ns and the curric ulum stand ards in 2022 in five regio ns of Inner Mo ngo lia.In compariso n,Chifeng had the best cons istency,fo llo wed by Ho hho t,Ordos City and Baotou,while Tongliao had the worst.Finally,according to the research conc lus ion,the fo llo wing three suggestio ns are put forward :(1)try to set the chemis try test questio ns of the district unified test;(3)strengthen teachers’ ability to study and use curriculum standards.
