From the definition of bilingual's education, this dissertation studies the overall situation of China's bilingual education; investigation and discussion have been carried out on what chemistry bilingual education feasibility and are confronted with difficulty. In principle, the characteristic of junior chemistry teaching under new curriculum standards at middle school has been discussed; we suggest that bilingual can promote the traditional chemistry teaching. According to the principle of the former organizer, we design the bilingual education model as"initiative-inquiry"in the experimental chemistry. In practice, knowledge from experience, bilingual experience, the psychological characteristics of a situation have been analyzed.We also combine the previous experience with the theories and practice of the new curriculum standard and explore the possibility to carry on the bilingual chemistry education at middle school on three different language levels as basic, developmental and investigative levels. In finally,some questions raised in my bilingual chemistry practice were well discussed.The results indicated: 1.After undergoes a series of chemistry bilingual studies from the shallow to the deep for the students with different levels,"the knowledge and the skill","the process and the method"and"the emotion manner and the values"have been developed. 2.The model of"Initiative-inquiry"in the chemistry experiment bilingual education fits the requirements of the intention on new curriculum standard for the cultivation of student's science literacy.
