Research On The Cooperation Modes Of Cross-Regional Large-scale Sport Event

In the current context of regional integration and coordinated development,as a large-scale sport event with the dual attributes of public welfare and economy,it has become an important platform and direction channel for local governments to promote regional economic development and enhance regional brand image.Under the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy Beijing and Zhangjiakou as two cities under different administrative regions,cooperation to hold the 2022 winter Olympics,then how to carry out collaboration between two different administrative regions and administrative levels has become a new research direction.In the process of research,uses the literature material method,case analysis,expert interview method,field survey method,questionnaire investigation method to study,to "Beijing and zhangjiakou jointly host the 2022 winter Olympics" as the research object,the research analysis of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,the 2002 FIFA World Cup,and the CHINAASEAN Exposition,UEFA European Football Championship,domestic and foreign typical large sport scale events regional cooperation case,summarizes three cooperation modes of large-scale sport events: government-led,market-led and government-market combined.Combined with the three cooperation modes of cross-regional governments,namely "mutually beneficial mode,dominant mode of large administrative units and central guidance mode",the inter-organizational network theory and stakeholder theory are cited to explore the construction of "cross-regional cooperation mode of large sport scale events" with universal significance.Main research conclusions and contents include:The first conclusion is to choose,or have intention to choose cross-regional host large sport scale events of national urban areas,it is necessary to carry out an all-round investigation and demonstration on factors and conditions such as the willingness,objectives,social conditions,public attitudes and expected benefits of regional cooperation,as a basis for judgment is appropriate for cooperation between regional host large sport scale events.The second conclusion is with "nationwide system" as the core of sports management system is facing the comprehensive reform and adjustment,to cross-regional host large sport scale events not only need to consider the possibility of regional cooperation,also need to attach great importance to the changes in the internal structure of the sports system and the development,choose the most suitable for large event properties,development level of regional cooperation mechanism.The third conclusion is cross-regional holding large sport scale events should not only attach importance to the government as a core subject role,but also attaches other stakeholder groups,encourage enterprises,industry organizations,community residents,and other social forces,such as multivariate benefit main body participation,build an organizational network with the participation of the government and multiple actors,form a cooperative network circle and explore the way to combine the "nationwide system" and "market mechanism".The fourth conclusion is cross regional division around the success of the large sport scale events in the spatial layout,the construction of the event,the service system,the personnel training of the event,such as events related cooperation,we can develop more areas of cooperation,including the construction of infrastructure,transportation network in series and related industry development,public service facilities,city brand publicity,ecological defense league,medical emergency care,culture exchange,etc.
