"Quell The Flames Of War" Or "Pour Oil On The Fire"

The family system has always been a very important part of young children's growth.The way of upbringing,parent-child relationship,concept of upbringing and so on,will play an explicit or implicit role in the growth process of young children.Unlike the one-child family,the relationship between the compatriots is a unique relationship between the two-child families,which can have a role that cannot be ignored in the social development of children.The conflict of compatriots caused by the relationship between compatriots is the root of the troubles of many two-child families.Unlike foreign parenting methods,which are mainly dominated by parents,the family structure of our country determines the particularity of the ancestors 'participation in the early childhood upbringing.Therefore,the focus of this study is to explore the ancestor's intervention in the conflict of compatriots,in order to look forward to enriching the family upbringing of many children related research content.This study mainly used the method of qualitative study to observe the conflict between the children of 6 groups of two-child families,and conducted in-depth interviews with 10 ancestors of two-child families.It is found that from the point of view of the interventionist,there are four kinds of situations of the conflict of compatriots,such as resource possession,rule maintenance,disagreement and emotional problems.The types and manifestations of compatriots ' conflicts can usually be divided into four categories,such as language conflict,limb conflict,relationship attack and psychological attack.From the point of view of the interventionist side,the ancestor's intervention in the conflict of compatriots is summed up as intervening in conflict and not intervening in conflict.Among them,in the choice of intervention in conflict,the timing and mode of intervention will have a direct impact on the effect of intervention.As far as current research is concerned,the timing of intervention includes the circumstances in which the conflict occurred,the frequency of the conflict and the intensity of the conflict.Inthe way of intervention,in addition to language intervention and behavior intervention,two kinds of ancestors intervened in the conflict between compatriots,the study also found a more special way of intervention-to protect.The researchers found that when the conflict between compatriots occurs,appropriate intervention can resolve contradictions and conflicts,turn conflicts into constructive catalysts that promote emotional and social interaction between the two sides,and vice versa,they will inflame contradictions and push them in a negative direction.In addition,the study also,with the help of the theory of role orientation,found that in dealing with the conflict of compatriots,the ancestors consciously or unconsciously become "firefighters","mediators","police","referees" and "passers-by" of the five roles.In this study,for the first time,researchers tried to apply the theory of role orientation to the study of ancestral intervention in the conflict of compatriots,according to the different characteristics of the way of ancestor intervention,with the five common occupations in life,to find out the commonness between the two,and try to analyze,so that the content of the study can be more practical.Based on the research questions,the researchers put forward the following suggestions for ancestors to intervene in the conflict of compatriots: 1.The ancestors should actively and correctly deal with the conflict of compatriots with the principle of fairness and justice;2.After the conflict,the first to comfort the eldest,the older children will be psychologically calm,so as not only to solve the current contradictions,More can promote the emotional exchange between compatriots;3,in the intervention of conflict,try to avoid misleading actions,so as not to inflame contradictions,and make contradictions escalate.4,appropriate family agreements,can reduce the frequency of violence between compatriots,improve family happiness.In short,in the face of the conflict between compatriots,ancestors should use appropriate ways to intervene in it,to help children resolve conflicts,and then promote the development of children's physical and mental health.
