When university graduates enter the society, there are different roles in the realsociety which requires the graduates to play multiple roles. The difference between astudent and a professional is quite big. When fitting the role, there is role conflict oftenand they cannot role transmission does not work well. Understanding their role well andmake it rational is very important for helping new graduate employees to overcome theanxious mode and psychological disorders when they have begun to work in the society.By joining the group of the new graduate employees, using qualitative researchmethod, observing the role conflict phenomenon among the group of the new graduateemployees in-depth and combining with the special situation of the induction trainingwhich can be considered as a transition period, adopt the RET and task-centered model tohelp new employees deal with the problem of role conflict: RET help employees resolverole conflict and cope with the negative incidents in the growth of occupation. During thisprocess, the new graduate employees gradually realize their role requirements, take off thepsychology of students and develop the occupation mentality; Task-centered modelintervene the roles conflict, helping new graduate employees solve the problems of thecareer plan and make preparation for the role practice.The research found that the existing role conflict problem plays an important part inthe development of the new staff’s career. And there are dominant role conflict problemand recessive role conflict problems at the same time. The intervention of the social casework does not only help new graduate employees solve the problems brought by the roleconflict, but also promote their growth and develop the competition abilities of theiroccupations. At the same time, the practice of social case work mode provides anopportunity for social workers to develop their self-awareness, self-reflection and abilities.It also provides other practicers with experience for similar services. In addition itprovides experience for social work team and application of social work technique.
