General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly defined the basic task of training socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor at the National Education Conference in 2018.Peer communication ability has become one of the important abilities in the process of primary school students' growth.This study mainly uses questionnaire survey,interview and experimental intervention to investigate the current situation of peer interaction ability of pupils in middle and lower grades in my school.On the basis of the analysis of the results of the survey,group counseling intervention is implemented for unpopular pupils.After testing,the results of the study are analyzed and discussed,and the methods to improve the peer communication ability of lower grade pupils are explored effectively.The results show that there is no significant difference in communication skills between the two sexes and whether they are only children.The main factors affecting peer interaction are high learning pressure,bad habits of oneself and bad habits of peers.The results of intervention study show that the communication ability of unwelcome students in peer interaction has been improved,and it is more significant,indicating that the intervention is effective.This study seeks to find effective ways to improve pupils' peer communication ability,cultivate their healthy personality,escort their growth,and pave the way for their all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.
