In recent years, with the continuous deepening of education reform in the country, the government has paid more and more attention to the physical education of young people.Tennis is one of the important items in sports. In order to better promote the development of tennis in China, the country is very Pay attention to the training of young tennis players.Tennis training not only requires skilled hitting and ball control techniques, but also requires strong physical fitness and good psychological quality. Therefore, our country uses scientific training methods to train young tennis players based on the growth and development of adolescents.According to relevant experts, for the training starting point of tennis sports,6-8years old is the best starting age for young people to practice tennis.12-16 years old is a sensitive stage for adolescents' physical development. It is necessary to train physical fitness.Controlling the load, the athletes at this stage mainly focus on upgrading and consolidating the level of skills and tactics, and the training methods of young athletes can be changed after the age of 16.After the age of 16,they can be trained more professionally and scientifically according to the training methods of adults. In this paper, the purpose of studying the practicality of the stress training method for young tennis players is to further examine the scientificity and practicability of stress training on the basis of previous studies and enrich the content of modern tennis special training methods. When using the stress training method, the coaches propose the competition conditions for the athletes to simulate the real game scenes according to the specific training content,so that they can record the athletes' scores and points in the training process of various skills and tactics,so that the athletes can Gradually grasp the level of skill and tactics that you have played during the training process, and then the athletes can constantly adjust their physical state and mental state according to the scores obtained in each competition,so that they can play better in the game. This paper uses the literature data method, expert interview method, mathematicalstatistics method, comparative analysis method and experimental research method to conduct experimental research on 40 young tennis players aged 12-16,using tennis special test methods and standards to extract experimental subjects and using "tennis".The Sports Performance Evaluation Scale provides a scientific assessment of their athletic performance during the competition, and ranks and averages the 40 young athletes according to the assessed scores. The male and female experimental groups and the control group each have10 people. The experimental cycle is designed for 20 consecutive training sessions.Under the condition of control variables, during the technical and tactical training process, the coaches use the stress training method for the experimental group athletes, while the control group uses the general training method for group training and statistics. The data and scores of the experimental group and the control group, and finally the experiment completed a scientific and systematic analysis of the special ability and performance of all athletes. At the same time,in order to further verify,in the actual training, different training methods are the only factors that promote the difference in the technical level of athletes. We randomly selected 5 tennis players from the male and female experimental group and the control group for a total of 20 people as daily training. The monitoring targets,follow-up tests on their actual training in the future, and test the three contents of the athlete's second serve, net front interception, bottom line backhand combination hitting training, and evaluate the athletes through specific specific exercises. The success rate of each technique hitting the ball, exerting pressure and no pressure on each group of athletes during the training of the bottom line forward and backhand shots, and then statistically analyzing the success rate of movement and hitting in these two different states. And make a cycle training performance trend chart, through the success rate to reflect the specific performance of the athletes, through tracking the training performance trends,to learn the impact of the use of stress training on the training results of young athletes. The experimental results show that after one cycle of training, the experimental group and the control group athletes have significantly improved their technical, physical and practical comprehensive ability. The results between the experimental group and the controlgroup athletes can be seen in the same training period. The internal stress training method is more obvious and efficient for the comprehensive ability of young athletes. It can be seen from the comparison results of the "Sports Performance Evaluation Scale" that the athletes in the experimental group have more significant improvements in the implementation of the program, effective tactics and fluency, and the anxiety index has been significantly reduced. There were no significant differences between the athletes in the control group before and after the experiment.Stress training can effectively help athletes to understand the content of the game and the various situations that may occur more quickly and comprehensively, helping athletes to accumulate more experience outside the competition,so that athletes have a higher level of psychological quality;Help coaches and athletes accurately grasp the level of skill and tactics of athletes in the training process;better guide athletes to use techniques and tactics smoothly in the game, and stabilize the technical play in the game. However, stress training still has certain limitations. The fundamental purpose of stress training is to help athletes to hone their will, improve tactics and improve technology, but not any source of stress can be used as stress training. We can't bring the pressures of life such as social pressure, family pressure, academic pressure, personal pressure, etc.into training, thus breaking away from the characteristics of competitive sports.
