Foreign experts and scholars on the effect of non-stable resistance training study found that athletes in a stage of non-stable resistance training,to improve the athlete's body confrontation in the completion of high-quality dribbling,breaking,scoring and other technologies.And in the throwing movement in the introduction of non-stable resistance training in China's youth throwing training is still in the exploratory stage.Young throwers are in the second peak of physical development.According to the rules of sports training,it is considered that it is most appropriate to carry out basic trainers in adolescence.In throwing projects,strength training has risen to the same level as throwing skills.However,non-stable resistance training has a specific effect on recruiting and coordinating the neuromuscular performance of young throwers,which has a significant effect on improving the performance of young throwers.This paper studies the anti-resistance of 20 athletes in the athletic team of the first middle school school in Tengzhou City,Shandong Province,through the methods of literature,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics and so on.20 young juvenile throwing athletes were divided into experimental group and control group.Through the training group,students were trained in the warm-up part,the basic part and the end part of the training into the unsteady resistance training,the control group of students in general training,through After a 8-week experiment,five items that can reflect the throwing ability of juvenile betting athletes were tested.The results were analyzed and analyzed for the five achievements of the experimental group and the control group.The following conclusions were drawn:1.In the warm-up part of the non-stable resistance training,throw shot before throwing shot put,sit-ups showed significant differences.Throwing special grades improved significantly,the results before and after the experiment showed significant differences.2.In the basic part of the instability resistance training,physical fitness and throwing special results after the experiment compared to the results before the experiment showed significant differences.3.The stability of resistance training can improve the throwing athlete's hip,hip,waist and other parts of muscle strength,can make hip,pelvis and lumbar spinal stability enhancement in the fast moving,in areas such as the promote the onset of the transmission of power.4.The stability of resistance training in the ways of increasing the power of the body core parts of the body but also improve the ability of the neural control of the muscles,improves the throwing athletes in the process of sliding,run-up,rotating the stability of the trunk.
