| Since the Internet was widely spread,the global integration of economy and information had promoted the development and change of our country’s society.At present,the development of education in our country is in a changing era.The education environment of rural areas and primary and middle school students is changing dramatically.As the leader,backbone,fair scale and designer of the school,the principal played an important role in the development and change of the school.The development of the school was greatly affected by the president’s leadership.Whether the president could perform his duty well depended on his leadership.In the past few years,the development of the president has been highly valued by the government and the Education Department of our country.In order to continue to improve the professionality of the president and improve the management system of the president,the government and the education department have thought of a lot of ways and strategies.However,the evaluation system of the principal’s leadership was relatively lacking or extremely incomplete.To a certain extent,the delayed evaluation system was very disadvantageous to promote and develop the principal’s professional ability.At present,the compulsory education in the countryside has become the bottleneck in the overall improvement of our country’s compulsory education.Breaking through the bottleneck in the countryside will bring a qualitative leap to our country’s compulsory education.The operation effectiveness of the school and the overall level of the students depended largely on the president’s leadership.After investigating and analyzing the current situation of the headmaster evaluation mechanism in China,we found that there are many problems and shortcomings in the existing headmaster evaluation system: first,there is a lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation tools;Second,take assessment,rewards and punishments as the goal and direction of evaluation;Third,there is no clear evaluation content,and the evaluation professionalism is seriously insufficient.These problems are a huge obstacle to improve and enhance the management system of principals and enhance the degree of specialization of principals.In view of this,the article focuses on how to design and create a set of principals’ evaluation index system to make it more reasonable and effective,which can not only meet the needs of building principals’ specialization,but also play a role in evaluating the level of principals’ leadership,thus promoting the overall improvement of principals’ leadership and competency.This paper mainly takes the principals of rural primary and secondary schools in China as the main research object,adopts the quantitative analysis method in research and analysis,constructs the evaluation index system of the leadership of primary and secondary school principals,and designs and compiles the preliminary questionnaire of the evaluation index of the leadership of the principals based on this benchmark.On this basis,the evaluation index system of headmasters’ leadership is applied to the headmasters of rural primary and secondary schools in Yongnian District,Handan City,and relevant data are obtained.At the same time,the data are analyzed and summarized to find problems and shortcomings,strengths and weaknesses,and an evaluation report is written accordingly,summarizing the countermeasures for improving the leadership of rural primary and secondary school principals. |
