Because of their younger age and weaker risk assessment ability,children have become the high-risk group of accidental injuries.As an important component of kindergartens,teachers' safety first aid literacy has an important impact on the healthy growth of children.Compared with experienced teachers,the new teachers' safety first aid literacy deserves our attention.This research takes new teachers as the research object,and investigates the current situation of new teachers' safety first aid literacy by using the methods of literature and investigation.This paper makes a corresponding analysis on the awareness of first aid,the behavior of first aid and the mastery of knowledge and skills of first aid,and finds out the existing problems.At the same time,the reasons are analyzed from the new teachers' own factors,in-school training,after-service kindergarten training and social reasons.The results show that the new teachers have a high awareness of first aid,but the safety first aid knowledge and skills can not meet the actual needs;they have a positive initiative but lack of confidence in first aid.The reasons are as follows: the effect of teachers' autonomous learning is not good,all kinds of colleges and universities neglect the cultivation of students' safety first aid literacy,the effect of existing after-service training is not significant,and the assessment criteria are not clear,etc.After in-depth analysis,this study puts forward corresponding solutions according to the existing problems and actual needs.
