| For children,the safety protection provided by the family is the primary protective cover,and children’s home safety education should also be the most basic guarantee to ensure children’s health and safe growth.In fact,unsupported children are a group of people who lack effective parental supervision.When families cannot provide home safety education to play a protective role,such children will face multiple home safety dilemmas.In contrast to the government’s protection,since 2019,when such groups were first included in the policy protection scope at the national level,more than 200,000 de facto unsupported children can enjoy the protection benefits released by the government,which are mainly living allowances,medical education and guardianship responsibilities.implement.Since the government’s guarantee is still in the stage of perfection and exploration,there is an urgent need for social organizations to play a role as a supplementary force.Therefore,in the context of lack of family protection and limited government replacement,as a third-party social organization,the precise service characteristics determine the feasibility and necessity of social work to intervene in home safety education for such groups.This article relies on the factual unsupported children inspection and review project promoted by the Lanzhou Civil Affairs Bureau of Gansu Province during the internship period.It mainly takes 8 factual unsupported children in Q town as the research objects,guided by social learning theory,and comprehensively uses the literature method,The interview method and the observation method,through the investigation of the basic situation of home safety,found that the fact that unsupported children have low home safety awareness,inability to accurately investigate the hidden dangers of home safety,and insufficient mastery of home safety knowledge and skills.The reasons for these problems mainly involve three aspects: children themselves,family guardianship,and school education.Through the accurate assessment of needs,the basic goal of raising children’s home safety awareness and learning home safety knowledge and skills has been established,and an educational group of "being safe at home and enjoying life" is formed,using role-playing,watching videos,knowledge competitions,and situational drills Group activities are carried out in other ways to improve children’s learning and application of knowledge and skills in fire and electricity safety,food safety,drowning safety,and high-altitude parabolic.At the end of this paper,by evaluating and reflecting on the feedback of the research objects and the activities of the guardians,it is concluded that the intervention of group work in the fact that the home safety education of unsupported children has achieved remarkable results,and the application of social learning theory has also been theoretically improved to a certain extent.Factual unaccompanied children home safety education contribution research data. |
