Judging from the survey results of students' physical health in recent years,teenagers' physical health is still facing a severe situation.In 2017,the new curriculum standard of physical education and health in senior high school was issued,which established the core quality of physical education consisting of sports ability,healthy behavior and sports moral character,and introduced the content of curriculum module.Physical fitness has been highly valued as a compulsory module in senior high school.This study chooses a new kind of physical training equipment,namely core comprehensive quality trainer,as the research object.The content of physical module is set as the outline to compile the guide for the use of core comprehensive quality trainer.By comparing the teaching effect between the new equipment and the traditional method of physical fitness teaching,this paper explores the application significance and value of the core comprehensive quality trainer in physical fitness teaching in senior high school.In the research methods,we mainly use the methods of literature,interview,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and teaching experiment.By comparing the classroom effect and heart rate variability of 20 senior high school students selected from Nanjing Jianye Senior High School with the traditional methods of general physical fitness teaching and the core comprehensive quality trainer-based physical fitness teaching.The experimental results are as follows:(1)The experience of successful emotions,classroom cooperation and communication,stimulation of students' initiative and enthusiasm,and students' preference for form in the new instrument physical fitness class are obviously superior to those in the ordinary physical fitness class.Students' love for teaching content,the rationality of sports load arrangement and the improvement of students' physical fitness level are all better than ordinary physical fitness class.In the compactness of teaching content,new physical fitness class shows more compactness than ordinary physical fitness class.In subjective sweating,students feel that ordinary physical fitness class has more sweating volume than new physical fitness class.Finally,there is only 5% difference in the improvement of core literacy,namely,sports ability,healthy behavior and sports moral level,and there is no big gap.(2)There was no significant difference between the RMSD and RR of the general course and the new instrument course(P>0.05).Compared with the frequency domain index,there is a significant difference in the LF between the general course and the new instrument course(P<0.05),and the general course is higher than the new instrument course.The statistical results of HF and LF/HF have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The core comprehensive quality trainer integrates the five core physical qualities of strength,endurance,speed,sensitivity and flexibility into the main equipment in the field of physical training,which makes the development of physical module teaching in senior high school more targeted,convenient and diverse.(2)By comparing the classroom effects of the two kinds of teaching courses,it is found that the diversity of training methods and means of the core comprehensive quality trainer in activity emotion can better mobilize students' enthusiasm and enterprising spirit.In response to the learning content,the new equipment course with core comprehensive quality trainer makes students more recognized in the teaching content,the arrangement of exercise load and the improvement of physical fitness level.(3)Core comprehensive quality trainer can make cardiovascular system more adaptable to training under relatively low exercise load.
