Research On The Construction Of Service And Management Maior For The Elderly In Ouiing Vocational And Technical School Of Industry And Commerce

The major of service and management for the aged is an academic category aiming at cultivating the applied talents with high quality and skills.With the increase of the aging population in Yunnan province,the elderly population has higher requirements for the demand for elderly care services not only in quantity but also in quality.The key to meet the needs of the elderly is to strengthen the training of elderly service personnel.The cultivation of old-age service talents is a key measure for Yunnan province to accelerate the construction of old-age service talents and promote the development of old-age service industry.Therefore,the analysis and research on the construction of the service and management major for the elderly in secondary vocational schools can not only improve the education level and talent training quality of this major in secondary vocational schools,but also deepen the integration between the major and the pension service industry.And it also can deepen t?And it also can deepen the cooperation between the elderly service enterprises,institutions and schools.This research can build a high-quality and highly skilled elderly service personnel team and a high level of sustainable development of the elderly service industry for Yunnan province.This paper first uses the literature research method to collect and sort out the correlation material.And then it explores this area,defines the relevant concepts and clarifies the research thoughts.Secondly,on the basis of defining the concepts of specialty and specialty construction,this paper summarizes the background of the development of service and management specialty for the elderly and the characteristics and construction principles of it.Based on the researching Qujin industry and commerce vocational and technical school,the paper summarizes the experiences of the construction of elderly services and management,and then it sums up the problems of the personnel training mode,curriculum system construction,professional teaching material construction,teacher's construction,practical base construction of several aspects in this major.Finally,under the guidance of relevant theories,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions on the five aspects from three levels,including local government,secondary vocational schools and senior service and management majors.
