| with the rapid development of China's logistics industry,logistics efficiency person is in short supply.In order to train qualified personnel to meet the needs of the society and enterprises more effectively,it is imperative for colleges and universities to implement a reasonable practice teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation.Modern apprenticeship production is a new and effective talent training mode,which comprehensively improves the quality of graduates' talent training through the deep cooperation between the university and the enterprise,so as to solve the problem that the current efficiency person training mode of higher vocational colleges is disjointed from the enterprise's talent demand to some extent.As a model of talent training,modern apprenticeship has unique advantages in talent training.It has some pertinence to solve many problems in vocational education at present.By analyzing the existing problems in higher vocational education,this paper makes a detailed analysis of all aspects of modern apprenticeship and explores and thinks about the existing problems.The implementation scheme of "modern apprenticeship" efficiency person training mode,which is marked by the joint determination of apprenticeship status by schools and enterprises,the joint implementation of teaching and assessment process,and the granting of apprenticeship allowance by enterprises,is in line with the current situation of local manufacturing efficiency person demand. |
