Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction And Development Of Commerce And Trade Disciplines In Vocational And Technical Colleges

With the call of policies such as northeast economic revitalization and education supply side reform,the construction and development of vocational education is attracting more and more attention,and people's awareness of vocational education is also increasing.As a characteristic specialty of vocational schools,business and trade majors are responsible for training high-quality skilled talents for the third industry and service industry.Discipline construction lays the foundation for talents training.Therefore,the discipline construction and development of business schools in vocational schools should be based on the basic position of development,improve the discipline construction of business disciplines,and transport a large number of high-quality business talents for the market.The author discusses the construction and development of trade specialty in Vocational Colleges and universities from four aspects.First,the literature method is used to further elaborate the theories of vocational colleges,business disciplines and discipline construction through data collection and induction,and deeply understand the connotation of business major,vocational school and discipline construction.Secondly,on the basis of the theoretical exposition,further horizontal research is made,and the composition and development status of trade specialty is expounded.In order to better study the discipline construction occupation colleges professional business,the author selected secondary school affiliated with Liaoning Normal University Department of finance as the research object,through the questionnaire survey method,interview group in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the development of the subject,from the analysis of curriculum,teaching staff and the training of three parts,and then combine with the current social policy,school the development of teachers and analyzes the reasons of these issues.Finally,the author discusses the path of the construction and development of business discipline from five aspects,and takes measures from the aspects of national policies,teachers,practice,brand effect and so on,so as to improve the quality of business discipline construction in vocational colleges.
