Analysis Of Factors Affecting The Salary Of Logistics Talents In Yunnan Province

The imbalance between supply and demand of logistics talents has seriously hindered the development of modern logistics industry.Logistics talents have been included in the shortage of talents in the 21st-century national economic development.At present,Yunnan Province is seizing the opportunity to vigorously promote the development of the logistics industry,but the logistics talents have become the resistance of its development.This paper analyzes the demand of logistics talents in Yunnan Province,understands the current demand situation of logistics talents and proposes improvement methods in a targeted manner,which will be more conducive to the development of the logistics industry and economic efficiency.This paper first analyzes the development status of logistics industry in China and Yunnan Province,and interprets the logistics development direction and regional advantages of Yunnan Province.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of logistics industry in Yunnan from the perspective oflogistics recruitment demand.After introducing the relevant theoretical basis and data index system,this paper analyzes the demand characteristics of logistics talents in Yunnan from the aspects of position,industry,enterprise,region,education and experience.Then this paper models the salary influence factors of logistics talents.The characteristic variables are screened by different methods to determine the job category,education,work experience and company industry as the best variables.So several machine learning methods are used for model fitting and cross-validation,and a random forest model is established.In order to quantify the degree of influence,a multivariate regression model is established,and the coefficients of the impact factors are obtained,so that salary predictions could be made for practical applicationsThrough the analysis of the logistics demand and salary influencing factors in Yunnan Province,combined with the layout and regional characteristics of Yunnan logistics industry,the following suggestions are proposed to solve the problem of supply and demand of logistics talents:set professionally based on industry development and demand;train talents more undergraduate course;optimize the professional structure;promote the training model of production,study and research personnel;integrate social resources,establish logistics industrial parks,expand employment channels;increase employee training opportunities and humane care.
