Innovative Research On Training Model Of Forest Products Logistics Skilled Personnel In Hunan Province

With the faster step of upgrading industry transformation in China and the rapid development of logistics industry in Hunan,a certain extent of progress have been made in forestry industry and forest product logistics in Hunan.Meantime,some new requirements for forest product logistics are proposed as follows:to reinforce the knowledge of forest product logistics by forestry enterprises,to enhance the infrastructure construction of forest product circulation,to increase the information level of forest product logistics,to emphasize the cultivation of skilled-talent of forest product logistics,etc.At present,the major of logistics is set up in lots of higher-vocational colleges,and with the total student population of 10000 in the logistics major in all higher-vocational colleges in Hunan.But the logistics industry lacks at least from 200000 to 300000 talents,and the forest logistics enterprises are in great shortage of logistics talents.It is an urgent problem for us to solve that how to train skilled talents of forest product logistics meeting the new trend according to the need of industry development,which is suitable for the transformation from the traditional quantity forestry to the modern efficiency forestry and is also the obligatory social duty for Hunan higher vocational education to serve the local economy.Therefore,under the background of the development status of Hunan forestry and the promotional effect to forestry development from the logistics development of forestry product,this thesis discusses the cultivation of skilled talents of forestry product suitable for the development of forestry.Through consulting plenty of literature and the field investigation and research,firstly,this thesis analyzes the development status of Hunan forest product logistics and the talents demand of forest product logistics;secondly,this thesis analyzes the skilled talent cultivation status of Hunan logistics and the existing problems;thirdly,through comparing the skilled talent cultivation modes of Hunan logistics between China and other countries,advantages and disadvantages existing in the talents cultivation modes in China are found;at last,with the reference of the development thought of vocational educational group and combining the new situation faced by Hunan forest product logistics,this thesis proposes the forest product logistic talents cultivation mode,the combination of politics,school,enterprise and industry,to cultivate the high-quality talents knowledgeable at the management theory of logistics supply chain and the practical operation of forest product logistics,which satisfies the demand of forest product logistics talents from the transformation and upgrading of Hunan industry.This thesis made an innovational research of talents cultivation mode of forest product,which meets the demand from the development of forest industry in Hunan under the background of industry transformation and upgrading and explores a way to the joint talent cultivation mode of interaction and fusion for government,enterprise,school,and industry association.At the same time,some references of talent cultivation are provided for other areas and industries.
