With the reform of supply side and the upgrading of industrial structure,the importance of modern logistics has become increasingly prominent,the logistics industry has become a measure of a country's comprehensive national strength of the important standard factors.Although the level of logistics services and facilities gradually increased,but also affected by the regional economy,facing the constraints of regional development imbalance.After the founding of New China in Northeast China,the political,resource and military status became the eldest son of the Republic's economy,and the foundation of agriculture and heavy industry was strong.However,due to institutional development constraints,the new impetus to economic growth,and gradually backward,the level of logistics development is still relatively low compared with the developed areas,the development of new challenges.Logistics talent as an important basis for supporting the development of the logistics industry for the logistics industry to make a great contribution to the vigorous development of a direct impact on the development of the industry.Northeast region of the logistics personnel training each year about 1.1 million people,but the quantity and quality is still difficult to meet the needs of logistics personnel in Northeast China,brain drain serious.logistics talent is undoubtedly the key to study the northeast region logistics talent is conducive to the development of the Northeast make a contribution.Studying the supply and demand of logistics talents in Northeast China will help to improve the matching of logistics personnel and improve the development level of logistics industry in Northeast China.In order to study the supply and demand of logistics talents in Northeast China,this paper takes the logistics talents with large logistics talent gap as the research object,and studies the matching of logistics talents from the perspective of the demand of logistics talents and the training of logistics talents in colleges and universities Talent does not match the reasons and put forward suggestions.This paper investigates the four typical cities in Shenyang,Dalian,Changchun and Harbin by means of questionnaire and field visit.It is found that there are many problems in the supply and demand matching of logistics talents in Northeast China: the number of logistics talents is in short supply,And the demand match is not high,women in the job when there is gender discrimination,talent and business requirements there is a gap between the more serious loss of talent and logistics graduates to improve professional strengths and so on.Then,among the many factors that affect the matching of supply and demand of logistics talents,the most important factors of influencing factors are selected as the research object to analyze the reasons why logistics personnel supply and demand do not match.The relative satisfaction and consistency of the hypothetical logistics talents are analyzed by the model.The reason of the mismatch between the supply and demand of the logistics talents is analyzed and the result is validated by using the SPSS software.The main reason for the mismatch between the supply and demand of the logistics talents in the northeastern region is that the quality of the logistics talents And the gap between the requirements of enterprises,colleges and universities in the logistics personnel training can not keep up with industry and business development needs.Finally,in view of the matching results of the logistics talents in the northeast region,it is reasonable to put forward the rationalization proposal from the four aspects of the government,the enterprises,the universities and the logistics talents.The multi-pronged approach can improve the logistics talents in the northeast region and keep the logistics talents in the northeast region to contribute to the economic development of the Northeast.
