Research On Game Phenomenon In The Evaluation Of Social Protection For Minors

Because of their physical and psychological immaturity,it is difficult for minors to obtain the space of life and development independently in society.At the same time,the traditional family functions are constantly socialized.Minors gradually become a special vulnerable group that needs the attention and efforts of the whole society.Consequently,the protection of minors has gradually become a basic social construction undertaking and the government is performing its duties.Important categories.In recent years,under the influence of the concept of modern social governance of "management to service",social forces have been participating in the practical exploration of various social problems governance,such as mushrooming,in which the project-based operation of public services is one of the feasible ways.In this context,the scientific and normative nature,the practicability of solving problems and the social value of its practice of taking professional social work as the main force in participating in minor protection projects need to be considered,and the main tool of this consideration is assessment.Under the supervision of professional reflection,evaluation runs through the whole practice of social work and other social service projects,and plays an irreplaceable role in the process of the completion of social service projects.Assessment is an effective means to test professionalism and job performance.When it is applied to practice,it is a kind of income division and evaluation of many stakeholders.Therefore,it is often accompanied by game between the assessor,the assessed party and other relevant subjects.In this study,the more prominent game phenomenon in the evaluation of the pilot project of juvenile protection in J Province was taken as the research object,and data collection was completed through interviews,participation observation and other methods.The research reflects on the evaluation of the whole project from the perspective of game theory,uses game strategy and income combination model in game theory as the main framework to analyze the attitudes,positions and corresponding behavioral choices of the relevant subjects in the face of evaluation,and examines the final results of evaluation from the perspective of game theory.It is found that in the process of evaluating the pilot project of social protection services for minors in J Province,the three parties of the project purchaser,the project acceptor and theevaluating party play a multi-level and multi-dimensional game from their own standpoints and interests.The game phenomenon in the whole evaluation process is more obvious.In the process of game,all the three parties adopt certain strategies to maximize their own interests,and there are some irregular or even illegal actions.On the other hand,due to the socialization of social services and public welfare attributes,all parties will inevitably take professional and professional ethics into account in the competition of maximizing interests.After choosing a variety of dominant strategies,they will reach a balanced state of game and form the final evaluation results.Based on this,this study reflects on the improper game behavior in the evaluation process,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to make the evaluation of related projects reasonable game in the legal norms,and finally to win-win in non-zero-sum game.
