Chemistry is an experiment-based subject.The newly published general high school chemistry curriculum standard(2017 edition)re-specified the must-do experiments in compulsory courses and selective compulsory courses in content.The Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Reform of Ordinary High School Education is developed by the Ministry of Education,which is considering universally incorporating experimental operation into the academic level test across the country.To design and instruct students studying chemistry experiments is essential for the development of students' chemistry learning and core literacy.Through literature review,it is found that the scaffolding teaching model is based on the support of the brackets.And the general link of the scaffolding teaching model reflects the basic goal of the new course.So the application of the scaffolding teaching model to high school chemistry experiment teaching should have certain significance.The author has done the following work for this research:Through the literature research method,the background,content,method,purpose and significance of the topic are clarified,and the theoretical basis of the scaffolding teaching mode is summarized.The related concepts of the scaffolding teaching mode are defined,and the general steps,bracket types and design principles are expounded.Questionnaire survey was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on experimental learning in the school teachers and students in the area where the internship was conducted to understand the current experimental situation.A survey of teachers found that 75% of the schools offer chemistry labs,but 67% of the schools that offer labs have fewer than three experiments.Each experiment is 2 hours.After the teacher demonstrates the student's copying operation,it indicates that the teaching situation of the experimental class needs further improvement.31% of the teachers are completely ignorant of the scaffolding mode,and more than half of the teachers believe that the implementation of the lab will help to improve students' interest in learning and innovation.The students were investigated for the status quo of chemical experiment learning.85% of the students expressed their preference for hands-on experiments.After the investigation of the pre-study,standardization,analysis and design experiments,the students found that the students did not finish well.45% of students like to work in groups and explore.According to the curriculum standards,the scaffolding teaching mode,the ordinary high school chemistry textbooks,etc.,the scaffolding teaching mode is applied to the high school chemistry experiment teaching for case design and practice,respectively,for the basic experimental class ——formulating a certain concentration of the substance,exploring the experiment class ——the nature of iron and its compounds,the design experiment class——the transformation of sulfur-containing substances in different valence states was designed and designed,and the relevant test questions of the college entrance examination were transformed and presented to students with supporting exercises.In the internship school,two classes with the same level are selected as the experimental class and the control class for one semester practice.The five aspects of answering questions,participating in discussions,hands-on experiments,thinking innovation,and serious class are evaluated through the experimental class and the control class.Quantitatively evaluate students' mastery of knowledge with the results of after-school exercises.After comprehensive evaluation,it was found that students' classroom participation subjective initiative was improved in the study of the scaffolding mode.On the other hand,the final analysis of the two classes was quantitatively analyzed.The passing rate of the experimental class was 80%,the pass rate of the control class was 75%,the experimental class of 90 points or more was 8%,and the control class was 3%.The score is 69 points,and the average score of the control class is 68 points.It seems that the pass rate,high score and average score of the experimental class are slightly higher than the control class,indicating that the use of the bracketed teaching mode has or more or less promoting.In the final exam paper,the questions related to the experiment were compared with the average score and the scoring rate.The results showed that the overall score of the students in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class.The practical results show that it is of great significance to apply the scaffolding teaching mode to high school chemistry experiment teaching.It can further enhance students' interest in learning chemistry,improve their experimental operation ability,and enhance students' autonomy,collaboration,inquiry and innovation ability.Due to the limited individual level,time and conditions,there are some shortcomings in this research.Even though,I still expect this subject can provide some reference for teachers and colleagues.
